Seaside Villa, Beachfront Paradise

Seaside Villa is a waterfront paradise located on the beautiful Silly Creek lagoon. With lagoon views from the back of the villa to the oceanfront views from the front of the house, this recently remodeled vacation villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms. The villa has 1 bedroom and bathroom downstairs and offers 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms upstairs.

The villa was designed to take advantage of the steady tradewinds and has picturesque water views from all 4 bedrooms. There are abundant recreational activities to enjoy at the villa, with a substantial private beach and boat dock where you can use the paddleboards and kayaks provided.


All rooms have AC and ceiling fans, and the villa provides smart TVs and fast wifi for your entertainment. The lushly landscaped pool area is very private and has fantastic views of Silly Creek.

Taylor Bay Beach can be reached directly from Silly Creek and is just a short walk away. Las Brisas restaurant is a 5-minute drive from the villa, and world-renowned Grace Bay beach is 15 minutes away.

The property is as advertised and made for a wonderful week. Water in the sound is beautiful but heavy current in June for paddle boarding and such. The pool is great for relaxing and was kept well. Always felt safe and close to a great beech with a five minute drive. Each morning we had sea turtles pop their heads up off the beach and a few days a very cool spotted ray came by.

This is by far the best VRBO experience I have ever had! Daphny was a welcoming host and the property itself provided everything from olive oil to coffee and tea, hand soap, shampoo, various spices and seasoning to even beach toys and life vests for infants. My whole family enjoyed daily kayaking and the close proximity to the beach. The views were breathtaking! We are already planning another trip down here.

A lovely, quiet location. The 5 of us had a wonderful time. The kitchen utensils are the bare minimum making dinner preparation a challenge. The host was very responsive to a TV issue, but very slow in responding to a different issue. The lines of communication were not clear. The weather was delightful.

Beautiful, comfortable and relaxing trip. The neighborhood is quiet but a 15-30 minute drive to some really nice restaurants. Beaches nearby were easy to get to with drinks and food (no facilities) & kids enjoyed jet skis. The home was everything we needed, where everyone had their space and plenty of extra seating for all.

There were some concerns initially with the property but management quickly helped to fix. It was a really nice stay but for the price I would think some of the smaller details would be better such as the hand soap being broken at the kitchen sink.

Perfect group getaway!

This location was perfect! I was able to go out on a jog/walk everyday to the either Taylor Beach or Sapodilla beach! Both pristine beaches!! House was great, pool, beach was great! I highly recommend staying here!

We just got home from a 5 day trip and had an absolutely amazing stay! The house was everything the pictures showed and Daphny was an amazing host who was very quick to respond to anything we needed. The only downside to the stay was that everything we did was in the Grace Bay Area so there was a little bit of a drive each day but other than that we loved the location, the privacy, the house and everything else in between! You will not be disappointed if you pick this place to stay and we hope to be back!

Listed as a "Beachfront Paradise", it delivered. From the moment you arrive at the house you know that it is going to be a promising stay. Not only is everything in great shape it is well equipped with enough quality cutlery, plates, and glasses for all. Some properties can look tired, but not this one. Things are well taken care of. The rooms are comfortable and main floor is very pleasant with the light and wind that comes in from the water. The outdoors are private and quiet with the most pleasant views of iridescent blue water I have ever seen. Everything is as advertised, with a great pool, lots kayaks, and a very reliable bbq.Daphny, the property manager was a blessing. One time the car battery needed to be boosted and she made arrangements for it to be done right away. Having a contact person like her made an already exceptional trip that much better. I would highly recommend.

This house was exactly as listing described, well stocked and beautiful view. The beds were the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in that wasn’t at my own house. Highly recommend!

Beautiful oasis

This villa is a beautiful haven. The views are breathtaking, from all the windows to the multiple balconies! Truly such a magical place to stay. The pool is perfect, the kids spent the better part of their days inside it. The dock by the beach side was incredible to lounge on while watching the sunrise and set. We will be back so sure.

Dream Vacation

This house, grounds and view were all amazing. The house was clean and well equipped. We kayaked everyday in the bay and out to the ocean. We enjoyed the pool in the evenings. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful location

The property is on a great location. We enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards. We paddled to the private beaches nearby. You don’t have to leave the property to enjoy the water, everything is right there. They had a lot of toys for the kids. The house is large and clean. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful Property!

Our entire family had a wonderful stay in T&C! The home had everything we needed for a great week with our family even down to the simple things like coolers for the beach and plenty of extra sunscreen. Thr location is extremely private and relaxing plus the local team was very attentive in guiding us in local beach access and boat tours. We will be back!

As pictured- exclusive neighborhood!

Home was perfect. Open floor plan with plenty of space. WiFi worked great and A/C worked great as well, which was one of our worries but never an issue. Pool is gorgeous and well maintained. Everything you need to have a fantastic vacation is on property.

A delightful stay!

Our family stayed for one week and enjoyed every moment of it. Daphny was a fantastic and super responsive contact point during our whole stay, and went above and beyond to help us book transportation. A minor issue with the AC was addressed immediately. We highly recommend booking this property and working with Daphny!
