Seaside Villa, Beachfront Paradise

Seaside Villa is a waterfront paradise located on the beautiful Silly Creek lagoon. With lagoon views from the back of the villa to the oceanfront views from the front of the house, this recently remodeled vacation villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms. The villa has 1 bedroom and bathroom downstairs and offers 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms upstairs.

The villa was designed to take advantage of the steady tradewinds and has picturesque water views from all 4 bedrooms. There are abundant recreational activities to enjoy at the villa, with a substantial private beach and boat dock where you can use the paddleboards and kayaks provided.


All rooms have AC and ceiling fans, and the villa provides smart TVs and fast wifi for your entertainment. The lushly landscaped pool area is very private and has fantastic views of Silly Creek.

Taylor Bay Beach can be reached directly from Silly Creek and is just a short walk away. Las Brisas restaurant is a 5-minute drive from the villa, and world-renowned Grace Bay beach is 15 minutes away.

We had a great stay at this home on Silly Creek! The location was beautiful and peaceful, and it was a very quick drive to Sapodilla Bay Beach, which we loved. The house itself was clean and comfortable, and we really enjoyed having kayaks to explore the water. There were only two at first, but the house manager, Daphny, was amazing—she brought us more right away so our whole group could go out together.We did run into a couple of appliance issues during our stay (the stove stopped working and the AC in one bedroom went out), but Daphny responded immediately and had everything fixed quickly. Truly great service.A few small things would make the stay even better: there was only one coffee mug in the kitchen, we wished there were more bath towels and nicer beach towels, and it would have been helpful to have beach chairs to bring down to the beach.Overall, we enjoyed our time and the location is fantastic — with a few updates, this place could easily be perfect!

We just got home from a 5 day trip and had an absolutely amazing stay! The house was everything the pictures showed and Daphny was an amazing host who was very quick to respond to anything we needed. The only downside to the stay was that everything we did was in the Grace Bay Area so there was a little bit of a drive each day but other than that we loved the location, the privacy, the house and everything else in between! You will not be disappointed if you pick this place to stay and we hope to be back!

As beautiful as advertised

The property was as advertised. Beautiful home, picturesque views, and amazing amenities. Location is near local beaches if you desire to venture out. My family loved it and we would stay again.

Family vacation

Our stay was wonderful! We have never been to Turks and Caicos and this stay will for sure bring us back! The home is beautiful and in a safe and very nice location! We had a 1yr old and the rest all adults! The manager of the property was so kind and accommodating. It was my grandsons first birthday! They had birthday balloons and cake upon our arrival! The pool and the lagoon are perfect! They brought in extra kayaks for us! We all kayaked to the sand bars near the villa! There is a bedroom on main floor with a full bathroom for those that don’t like stairs! This house truly is great for everyone and any age! We will be back!

Beautiful oasis

This villa is a beautiful haven. The views are breathtaking, from all the windows to the multiple balconies! Truly such a magical place to stay. The pool is perfect, the kids spent the better part of their days inside it. The dock by the beach side was incredible to lounge on while watching the sunrise and set. We will be back so sure.

Paradise

Our stay at the Seaside Villa was perfect. The listing is just as showed and was exactly what we were looking for. Communication with Daphny was easy and the house had all the amenities that we needed and more. The water does have some jellyfish as others have said, but it's perfect for a kayak or paddle board. You can snorkel as well just need to be a little careful. The rooms are large, the kitchen well equipped and everything was very clean. We rented a car in order to get to other parts of the island, so unsure how it would be relying on taxis. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice home

We completely enjoyed ourselves and had a wonderful time. The home is beautiful. Had all of the amenities that you would need. The views were amazing. The provided kayaks and paddle board were a very nice touch. My only suggestion would be to have an inventory list of specific items that the manager is looking for once the guest leave. It would be very helpful. Would definitely recommend this home for rest and relaxation.

Great location, good house

We really enjoyed our stay at Seaside Villa. The location is beautiful. We enjoyed having access to the water and being able to use the kayaks and the paddeboard. We had 8 people, and there was plenty of room. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Daphne was very helpful. Although we loved our stay, and the house afforded everything we needed, I would rate the house 7/10 for these reasons:- The living room in the house is awkwar and not conducive to hanging out for a group of 8. I think some different furniture and arrangement could make this much better. - We loved using the kayaks and the paddle board, however there are 4 single kayaks and one paddle board, and one of the kayaks is broken and leaked and sunk when we husband used it. It would be nice if there were enough so that everybody could use them. The addition of a couple double kayaks would be nice. - although the kitchen does include all the basics you need, the quality is pretty low. It feels like the cheapest possible version of everything was purchased, and it doesn’t match the high end quality of the area. This is true of the furniture and decor in the house as well. - the hot water heater is not sufficient for the size of the house. Only 2 people could shower before the hot water ran out. - This is not a fault of the house, but good info to know about the area. Silly creek is full of LOTs of jellyfish. I don’t think they sting, but it does prohibit swimming. There is lovely beach reachable by kayak.

Perfect group getaway!

This location was perfect! I was able to go out on a jog/walk everyday to the either Taylor Beach or Sapodilla beach! Both pristine beaches!! House was great, pool, beach was great! I highly recommend staying here!

This house was exactly as listing described, well stocked and beautiful view. The beds were the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in that wasn’t at my own house. Highly recommend!

Beautiful location

The property is on a great location. We enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards. We paddled to the private beaches nearby. You don’t have to leave the property to enjoy the water, everything is right there. They had a lot of toys for the kids. The house is large and clean. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Spectacular

This property was EVERYTHING and more! We stayed a week. The weather was phenomenal, the kayaks and paddleboards board that were provided were our go to, everyday! So many secluded beautiful beaches to get to easily. Our kids 5 and 7 had a blast. All the places we visited were no more then a 30 min drive, if that! The house itself was Perfect! The pictures and descriptions don't do justice for this property. We checked out horse back riding at Unique Tours and I highly recommend. 10 out of 10 for sure!

Stunning property for a private escape!

This property has everything! Our family of 5 (children 18, 20 and 22) spent five wonderful days here. The property is as it appears in the photos. The house is large, clean and has the amenities you need including AC in all of the bedrooms and the main living space, a well-stocked kitchen, beach towels, washer and dryer, paddle boards and kayaks. They truly thought of everything. Daphy was incredibly helpful and always responsive. We were able to follow someone from the rental car pickup to the house and were given a full tour. The pool and beachfront were lovely. We spent plenty of time just enjoying all the property had to offer. Grace Bay (the main beach area) is about a 25 minute drive but a must do! All the beaches we visited were gorgeous. No doubt as to why they are ranked the best in the world. The Cuban Restaurant, Que Bola, very near the property (a 5 minute drive) was one of our favorites on the island! Be sure to check them out!

As pictured- exclusive neighborhood!

Home was perfect. Open floor plan with plenty of space. WiFi worked great and A/C worked great as well, which was one of our worries but never an issue. Pool is gorgeous and well maintained. Everything you need to have a fantastic vacation is on property.

Relaxing week in paradise

Terrific rental in TCI! Very good location away from the Grace Bay crowds. Close to several beaches. Enjoyed paddle boarding, kayaking and pool time at the villa. Lots of room for everyone. Two balconies for watching sunrises. Expect mosquitoes especially at dusk and dawn. Bug spray was readily available at villa. Would definitely return!

A delightful stay!

Our family stayed for one week and enjoyed every moment of it. Daphny was a fantastic and super responsive contact point during our whole stay, and went above and beyond to help us book transportation. A minor issue with the AC was addressed immediately. We highly recommend booking this property and working with Daphny!

Wonderful Property!

Our entire family had a wonderful stay in T&C! The home had everything we needed for a great week with our family even down to the simple things like coolers for the beach and plenty of extra sunscreen. Thr location is extremely private and relaxing plus the local team was very attentive in guiding us in local beach access and boat tours. We will be back!

Nice, quiet house

Loved the location and the peacefulness of the property. Being on Silly Creek with the availability of paddle boards and kayaks was fabulous. The beach made it convenient to get in and out. Bring water shoes for Silly Creek. It is not deep and we only saw a few fish but there were several jellyfish (they were on the bottom and weren’t aggressive but I wouldn’t want to step on one with bare feet). I had read that the property managers escort you from the rental car to the house but it was not our case. The gps took us the worst way possible on horrible roads. Request written directions a few days before you arrive (should be standard operating procedure for check in) to avoid the unpaved roads. The house air conditioning system is not central air. There are a few wall units - one in each bedroom and one that is too small for the kitchen/living space. It ran continuously and never caught up. We kept all the blinds closed to keep the sun/heat out but had to keep the bedroom doors wide open to help cool the first floor. The pool and half bath by the pool were fabulous! The grill didn’t work during our stay. Overall, we loved our trip.

Family of 6 adults. House was perfect and had everything we needed. Plenty of space for everyone, house layout was perfect. Private beach with kayak and paddleboards and private pool. Perfect!! We will be back!
