Wonderful holiday …

We really enjoyed our vacation in this very nice house. The house is perfectly located close to a small beach as well as the nature reserve Estérel - both walking distance. The house is typically Côte d’Azur styled with a very nice pool. Easy to take a dog to the house. The owner are very friendly. We had a very relaxing time there.

A great week in Miramar

We spent a wonderful week at this nice place in Miramar. Everything was as described. Some little issues with the pool and the washing machine were quickly resolved by Valerie and Isabelle. We would come back anytime.

Lovely Bright Cozy House

We had such a relaxing holiday at this lovely characterful house. It is comfortable and well equipped with a great view. The little harbour and several restaurants are very close and an easy walk both down hill and up. There are so many places to sit and relax at various times of day. My husband loved the sea facing balcony and I loved the back garden area which faces the national park and is shaded during the day . The rail track runs in a cutting behind the house but it is very quiet and the property is completely silent at night, The owner and her agent were both very responsive and communication was excellent. Everything was very clean and we appreciated that all towels and linens and some basic provisions were provided. We would be very happy to stay again.

Lovely well equipped villa

The villa is nicely presented with a view of the sea in the distance. We were welcomed by the manager and her English speaking husband who were delightful and explained how everything worked. The kitchen is very well equipped but the upstairs bathroom could have a re make as it doesn’t have a proper shower, just some attachments so you have to sit in the bath to shower yourself. This works fine but it really needs updating . The upstairs lounge and one bedroom have aircon which was needed at night but you need to leave the other bedroom door open to get any benefit. Downstairs bathroom and bedroom are separate from house on pool level and this does have a proper shower but could also benefit from modernising . The house is 5 minutes walk from beaches and the shuttle bus works well from 10 till 6.00 but you do need a car as taxis or uber will not come out to Le Trayas and public transport stops early . Good location for walks into the Esterel , lovely pool and pool furniture is plentiful . Beds are 5’ and comfortable and towels are plentiful . ( washing machine in downstairs bathroom) In all a very pleasant stay and I could recommend this villa although I do think it’s expensive as it needs updating .

A wonderful week!

We had the most wonderful week staying in this lovely villa. It's position is stunning, the most amazing view of the sea and only five minutes walk to La Figueirette Port. We thoroughly enjoyed the local beaches, taking our little dog for an early morning walk each day and really appreciated the quiet residential surroundings. The villa is situated up a hill and has a few steps to climb leading up to the door (hence the gorgeous view!) so we probably wouldn’t recommend it for people who aren’t mobile but there is a parking space so very easy to bring shopping home from the large Casino in Mandelieu. The living space is light and airy with plenty of room to relax and lots of windows/doors opening out to the amazing sea view. A great kitchen with everything you need, all very clean and modern. Loved the bottle of complimentary Rose left for us in the fridge, thank you! The 2 bathrooms were adequate, they could do with updating but this didn’t bother us at all and the addition of a new washing machine downstairs was very handy. We were lucky with sunshine at the end of October so were able to enjoy the lovely upstairs terrace for breakfast and the larger terrace beside the pool. Great sunbeds and cushions are provided so you can really make yourself at home outside. We would 100% recommend this lovely villa and a final thanks to Isabel and her partner for their welcome on arrival, they took time to ensure we knew where things were and were very helpful.

Beautiful villa in a fantastic location - 10 out of 10!

We stayed for a week with two teenagers in August 2018. The villa was perfect size with a beautiful pool and amazing views over the port. It's a very short walk down to the beach which was perfect for us and we loved coming back up the hill to dive in the pool to cool off. We walked to the local minimarket for bread (about 10 mins along the main road towards Trayas) but only did that once, preferring to drive to Théoule Sur Mer for an amazing boulangerie and then the Geant in Mandelieu for supermarket stuff. We took the train from Cannes to Ventimiglia for a day out but it was so hot during our week that most of the time was spent in the pool or on the beach. The only negative we could possibly find was that it was SO hot at night and we had doors and windows closed to avoid mozzies, that we all found it hard to sleep and could really have done with air conditioning for it to be 11 out of 10! There is no noise from the railway at all, and I thought it was quirky having it so close (especially as we arrived from Paris and departed using it). The walks in the mountains are spectacular and well worth doing for the views and the Mémorial Notre Dame d’Afrique - even in the full heat... I loved the plancha on the terrace which we used for fried eggs and veggie bacon every morning. It is so quiet in the villa, with only the occasional jogger or walker going past on their way in to the mountains. As vegetarians, we didn't use the local restaurants, but we did use the pizza van and he got a big thumbs up from the teenagers! A definite place to return to - one of the best holidays to the South of France we have had.

A Gem of a Villa we didn’t want to leave!

Our family of 5 have just returned from France, spending 2 weeks in a stunningly beautiful part of the country, Théoule-sur-Mer, in Villa Angelique. Despite a 4 hour delay on the autoroutes we were given a very warm welcome by Isabelle and her husband. The Villa was everything we hoped for, secluded, clean & welcoming and we could start our relaxation within 10 minutes of arriving. Lazy days by the pool, afternoon visits to the beach and relaxing evenings cooking on the plancha with the odd glass or 2 of local wine. The Villa is incredibly well equipped and despite no air conditioning the super fans in each of the bedrooms did the job just fine. The downstairs bedroom and fabulous en-suite is not internally linked to the upstairs but that wasn’t a problem as our 19 year old enjoyed the independence. The views from every part of the Villa, both day and night are breath-taking. The pool was superb, clean and warmed by the sun. In fact my son spent more time in the pool than out of it. There are 4 luxurious sun beds, 3 lounging chairs and a fabulous large table for outside dining.Be warned due to the fabulous greenery around the Villa there are midges and mosquitoes in the evening- we did go prepared with mosquito coils and the Villa provided plug in devices for the rooms. But a small price to pay for the peace and quiet. We shopped at the supermarket in Théoule about a 15 minute drive as the local shop was very expensive. There are bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walk but we preferred to cook at the Villa. We did try the pizza van after a day in Monaco (we took a train from the Les Trayas local station) and they were delicious. All in all a 1st class Villa and a 1st class location which meant a 1st class holiday. We really didn’t want to leave.

Die Aussicht von der Terrasse auf den kleinen Hafen, das Meer und die Umgebung ist traumhaft, tag wie nachts. Besonders hat mir gefallen, dass zur Ankunft alles schön vorbereitet war und alles, was man braucht ausreichend vorhanden war. Kleiner Wermutstropfen war, dass das Zimmer auf Pool-Ebene nicht mit der Wohnung oben direkt verbunden ist und dieses auch sehr warm wurde. Vielleicht habe ich aber auch den Hinweis auf die separate Lage überlesen.Von der Vermieterin gab es vorab eine sehr freundliche Kommunikation und viele gute Tipps. Wir hatten eine schöne Woche.

Wunderschönes Haus mit extrem geschmackvoller Einrichtung. Ruhig am Ende der Straße gelegen mit phantastischem Blick aufs Meer. Pool bietet herrliche Erfrischung mit toller Aussicht. Plage de la Pointe Notre Dame gut zu Fuß erreichbar mit super Schnorchelmöglichkeiten. Nette und hilfsbereite Kontaktpersonen. Wir haben alles sehr genossen.

Lage schlägt alles!

Könnte man für die Aussicht und Lage 6 Sterne vergeben - wir würden es machen. Der Blick von der Terrasse und aus dem Pool auf Hafen und Meer ist wirklich ein Traum. Hier kann man wunderbar entspannen und genießen. Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Vom Hafen aus gibt es eine Fährverbindung nach Théoule sur Mèr und Cannes. Und auch eine Bootsvermietung, Jetski und Co. sind vor Ort in La Figueirette verfügbar. Direkt hinter dem Haus beginnt ein Wanderweg durchs Esterelgebirge. Für die, die es aktiver angehen möchten, gibt es also auch viele Möglichkeiten. Perfekte Bedingungen! Doch bei all dem Licht gab es auch etwas Schatten. Die Bäder entsprechen leider nicht dem modernen Standard. 70er-Jahre-Charme, statt Dusche nur eine Badewanne - hier bräuchte es mal ein Update. Das Haus selbst war sauber, der Außenbereich allerdings nicht. Die Terrasse und Wege durch den hübschen Garten waren voller Hundehaare. Neben der Plancha (bei der man etwas Geduld braucht) würde ein kleiner Kühlschrank auf der Terrasse das Outdoorküchen-Paradies abrunden. Unter dem Strich schlägt aber die Lage alles. Wir haben unseren Urlaub hier sehr genossen und sagen Merci!

Stilvoll und ruhig

Ein typisches Haus an der Côte d’Azur, das stilvoll eingerichtet ist. In einem ruhig gelegenem Dorf, direkt am Meer. Der Strand mit gemütlichen Restaurants sind zu Fuss locker erreichbar. Rundum gibt es einiges zu entdecken: zu Fuss, mit ÖV oder dem Auto. Der Pool: ist der Hammer, mit Blick auf das Meer!

Urlaub mit traumhaften Meerblick

Unseren Sommerurlaub verbringen wir jedes Jahr in einem Ferienhaus - und noch nie hatten wir ein Haus mit einer so tollen Ausstattung, wie in diesem Haus! Es ist wirklich alles da, was man zum Chillen, Sonnen, Kochen, Grillen, Schlafen, Schwimmen, Plantschen... braucht. Von der Vermieterin Valerie erhält man vorab ausführliche und nützliche Informationen über die Umgebung und auch das Verwalterpaar Isabelle und Siegfried haben immer ein offenes Ohr. Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle von uns! Der Blick auf Bucht von Miramar ist wunderschön und das Licht, besonders am frühen Morgen, einmalig. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt und liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse (Parkplatz davor). Zum Strand sind es ca. 7 Minuten zu Fuß - ein Auto benötigt man wirklich nicht! Der Strand ist sauber und schön, es gibt 3 Bars mit Liegenverleih und ausreichend Platz sich einfach so hinzulegen. Duschen sind kostenfrei vorhanden. Darüber hinaus gibt es eine Verleihstation für Tretboote, Kajaks, Standup Boards etc. Einzig das Einkaufen ist etwas aufwändig, da man ca. 25 Mintuten zum nächst größeren Supermarkt fahren muss. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Städte der Cote d'Azur (Monaco, Nizza, Antibes, Cannes, Grasse und St. Tropez), besonders zu empfehlen ist das Bus-Boot nach Cannes (1 Stunde) vom ortseigenen Hafen. Es sind einige Restaurants am Ort, sehr gut sind der Pizzastand in Strandnähe (La Pizza du Soleil) sowie die Bar/das Restaurant La Petite Source in Mandelieu! Ein paar kleine Wermutstropfen gibt es allerdings: Die Betten sind für Personen über 1,85 m etwas kurz und den Zug hinterm Haus (fährt gefühlt stündlich) hört man deutlich, insbesondere da er oft beim Vorbeifahren die Hupe betätigt. Nachts besteht kein Zugverkehr.

Wunderschönes Haus - kommen wieder :-)

Wir hatten wundervolle 7 Tage in den Haus. Die Vermieterin hat schon im Vorfeld viele Tipps für Unternehmungen, Restaurants etc gegeben, check-in pünktlich und unkompliziert. Das Haus hat einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer und die umliegenden Hügel, der Pool ist klasse und hat uns viel Spaß gemacht. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war toll: Küche, Waschmaschine, Balkon, verschiedene Sitzecken. Die Entfernung zum Strand und Restaurants ist super!

Wunderbares Haus mit einem grandiosen Blick

Wir hatten zu viert eine tolle Woche im Haus von Valerie. Alles war sauber, die Ausstattung war tip top, und der Pool mit grandiosem Blick hat uns viel Freude bereitet. Dazu wunderbare Abende mit Kochen auf der Plancha und wieder dem Blick auf das Meer und den aufgehenden Mond. Das Meer ist fußläufig in 5 Min. zu erreichen, und der Strand ist auch im August nicht überfüllt. Man findet sogar am Nachmittag ein schattiges Plätzchen. Wir waren extrem begeistert und würden sehr gerne wieder kommen.

Beatifull house.

Really nice house has got beatifull view of miramar beach and sea,house has everything you ask for only few minutes walking distance to beach and restaurant,cannes only 20 min. drive Away.Higly recommended.

Das Haus ist super schön gelegen. Meer zu Fuss schnell erreichbar. Haus grosszügig und zweckmäsdig ausgerüstet.
