Great location with quiet beach that was a joy. Well equipped and very comfortable townhouse with plenty of space. We really enjoyed our stay. Can't wait to come back.

We absolutely love these properties in this neighborhood. The location is perfect, with stunning views that never get old, and as returning customers to the neighborhood, we always enjoy being back. One of the best spots in North Bethany IMO. Check in was super simple, host was great, house was decent overall. Decent finishings. However, this particular property wasn’t very clean, which was a bit disappointing. If they’re using a professional cleaning service, I’d probably show them the door. It was basically in an unacceptable state in my opinion. Hair in the shower, spots on all the counters, filthy glass tables, black mold in the 2nd floor bathroom. Couple of other quirks; house walls are in DESPERATE need of painting. Walls/trim are filthy. Broken towel rack. It's time for a small makeover. Not saying these things would deter us from renting this particular property again because the location is the most important thing for us. We are 4 time repeat customers in this neighborhood and will continue to come here but hopefully this unit will be improved during the off season.

We arrived to find another family at the house - the owner had double-booked this property. He blamed VRBO for the mistake, even though it was clearly his fault. He made us wait 45 minutes while he figured out how to refund our money, and never apologized for the enormous inconvenience. We had to find another place to stay at the last minute. A NIGHTMARE. Do not book here.

Awesome week

Great place with comfortable beds. We have stayed at several units over the years at Indian harbor and this one was by far, our favorite. Bill was a great host and very accommodating.

We thoroughly enjoyed the beach house! Clean & just about everything you need in the kitchen! Great location-,few minutes walk to the beach( no road crossing) and close to Bethany.Our grandsons were intrigued about the outside shower which was very handy.

Convenient to the beach and nearby grocerand take out. The host is responsive and easy to work with.

Such a great property to stay in. There are four bedrooms one with a queen bed and pull down twin trundle bed. They include all linens with a washer and drier. The main shower is in the master bed with the king. The second full bath is tiny so not ideal for a shower. Views are amazing and the outdoor shower is nice with hot and cold water. The path to the ocean is right outside with a lighted path at night. Excellent location with Rehoboth beach DE and ocean city MD within 15 minutes. Short drive to the shops at the board walk. The unit is on the end and in a gated community. All in all a nice stay.

Wonderful!

We really enjoyed our stay. The townhouse was very clean and updated. We had everything we needed for our stay. We just needed to bring sheets and pillowcases for two of the beds and washcloths which was all clearly communicated ahead of time. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of blankets which I appreciated. We didn't get a chance to use them, but there are plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and toys. We had a warm April weekend and thoroughly enjoyed the decks. There are three to choose from and plenty of chairs. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Girls Trip!

We rented this for a long weekend trip. There were 5 of us and more than enough room. The unit is updated and has a beautiful kitchen, plenty of seating, numerous balconies and is right beside the beach access. The owner provides sheets for one queen and one king bed, 5 bath towels and bath mats. There was also a hair dryer, hand soap at all sinks, dish soap, and laundry supplies. The unit was easy to access and the owner was great with communication. We would highly recommend.

The location was great. Check in was easy and loved the fact that it was a gated community. We felt very safe. Bill provided many amenities that we did not have to supply including toilet paper, paper towels, sheets for three beds , bath towels, hand soap, laundry and kitchen cleaners. The only drawback was the cleanliness. Could use an overall deep cleaning. The beach was very nice and not crowded at all. Great family atmosphere.

excellent property and location for a preteen to be independent and places to be with smaller children. The property was as described and the owner was terrific and accommodating.

Bill's place is nicely furnished and has all the amenities that vacationers are looking for in a place by the sea. He is very responsive to queries and is a terrific host.

Memorial Day Week was a Success

Enjoyed a quiet week staying at this house in a convenient location. Perfect location for easy trips to Rehoboth, Bethany Boardwalk and Ocean City. Accommodations were acceptable but you can see the age of the house with limited natural light and distance to the beach (but the walk to the beach was easy over the dunes on a newer boardwalk ). Would recommend replacing the carpeted steps from the entryway and fresh paint in the kitchen. Bill was quick with responses and super helpful. Overall we enjoyed our stay and came home relaxed and refreshed!

Great location, property needs some work.

We rented this townhouse for an weekend in the fall. The location is great— right on the beach, well protected by the dunes and situated at the north end of Bethany so the beach is big and not too crowded. Those are the positives. This property is tired. The carpets are worn and the couches are dirty. The walls are in serious need of a fresh coat of paint and there isn’t much lighting so, overall, it’s dark, which probably makes it appear more dingy. It’s unfortunate because the location is great.

Great location for direct beach access and quiet townhouse complex. The towels, sheets and toiletries were a nice surprise as well as the extra beach chairs. We enjoyed our stay.

Great beachfront stay away from the crowds

We had a great time at Bill’s place and it was perfect for 4 adults and 3 young children. The boardwalk to the beach is just out the back door and we thoroughly enjoyed the beach-facing porches. The kitchen appliances (fridge, toaster, etc.) were particularly nice for a rental. We also enjoyed the short walk to Matt’s. Not a critique, but some babyproofing items are needed for sharp furniture corners and steep stairs for families with young children. We hope to rent again!
