プール付きの広々としたレイクフロントハウス、ホットタブ、およびボート

Thanks so much for sharing that — I’m really glad you enjoyed the hot tub and paddleboards, and that the projector room was easy to use for your watch party. Come back anytime!

Hey Gary, Orlando is a melting pot of cultures and ethnicities. Not everyone looks or dresses the same, and I'm sorry that scared you. Everyone we've ever taken the time to talk to in the area has been super nice. The benefit of the house is that it's centrally located close to everything in Orlando and it's on a lake, so there will always be a bit of give and take. Best of luck in the future

I'm glad you enjoyed your stay! We are always working to improve the property, and we appreciate the feedback. Since you've checked out, we've redone the landscaping, the backsplash, and bought new furniture. We plan to continue buying new furniture and doing incremental improvement until everything has been completely renovated. Next on the docket is a Paver patio fire pit, followed by a bathroom renovation!

Hi David, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're very sorry to hear that parts of your experience did not meet your expectations. To clarify, the check-in instructions were sent both through the platform and via email on the morning of your arrival. We also assisted you over the phone to ensure you were able to enter smoothly. Regarding the property concerns, we take cleanliness and maintenance very seriously. Our team was on the property for a few hours before your check-in to prepare the home. While we follow a detailed cleaning checklist, we understand we may have fallen short during your stay. Please rest assured that the concerns you raised have since been addressed and corrected. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the theater room, pool table, and arcade game. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving the experience for all future guests. Thank you again for staying with us.

Thank you for sharing your feedback about your stay with us. We're pleased to hear that you enjoyed the beautiful lakefront view, dock, and the main house. However, we regret that certain aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Regarding the front door lock, we apologize for the inconvenience you experienced upon arrival. We're glad that the upstairs sliding door was open and you managed to get in to the house through that door. Our handyman checked the electronic main door lock and found it to be functioning properly, opening it without any issues. We are sorry to hear about your discomfort with the upstairs AC. We wish we had known about this problem during your stay so we could have resolved it immediately for you. The issue with the gate is concerning, and we appreciate your patience in dealing with it. We had this fixed on your departure for our next guests. Regarding the outdoor security cameras, we want to assure you that their presence is clearly stated in our listing for the safety and security of our guests. We understand your feelings and will review their placement to ensure they do not cause any discomfort. We appreciate both positive and negative remarks about the property and are glad you enjoyed your time despite the issues mentioned. Your feedback is valuable to us as it helps us improve our services. Thank you once again for staying with us, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future under better circumstances.
