The entire house is yours. There is a mother-in-law suite that gets rented by other guest.
Other things to note
Parking Instructions: Please park on the right side of the driveway.. The property allows parking for up to 4 vehicles maximum, We kindly ask you do not block any entrances and/or neighboring driveways.
Please avoid leaning on the white barriers on the back deck, as it is not entirely stable.
The required age to book is 25+.
Noise Level: must be maintained so as not to disturb the neighbors. If music is being played after 11 pm, please ensure the volume is reduced to the normal talking level.
Cancellation: The host reserves the right to cancel any reservation found violating event rules. Warning neighbors have advised they will contact local authorities for any events breaking local noise and occupancy ordinances & you may be fined and/or removed from the property if found breaking local laws.
Damages: Please report all damages and incidentals so we can properly address, fix, and/or replace them promptly.
Additional Services & Fees:
Extra Guests: Past 8, each guest is $25/per night - Must reflect on reservation
Pets: Up to 2 allowed - $25/per pet per night - Must reflect on reservation
