Welcome to your home away from home – Lake Jessamine Villa, managed by Orlando Epic Rentals! 🍁

IMPORTANT: This is a DUPLEX HOME, and this listing is for the DOWNSTAIRS UNIT only. Each unit has its own private entrance and indoor living spaces, but outdoor amenities and the driveway may be shared with guests in the upstairs unit. For complete privacy and exclusive access, consider booking the entire property.

Location: Located on Lake Jessamine, right next to Cypress Grove
-22 mins from Disney World
-20 mins from Universal Studios & Convention Center
-15 mins from Orlando Airport
-5 mins from Downtown Orlando

***The pool and spa are private for downstairs guests.

- Boat rentals (jet ski and boat rentals are through a third-party provider and need to be booked separately, depending on the availability.) 🚤

House Rules:
- $500 security deposit required.
- No parties or events.
- No smoking indoors; $200 fine for violations.
- Excess noise after 10 pm prohibited (city ordinance).
- Address may not appear accurately on Airbnb’s map; correct address will be provided upon booking
- A fee of $150 will be charged if the hot tub needs to be drained and cleaned due to misuse.
- There’s a $25 cleaning fee for grill use.
- Amenities are rented on a first-come, first-served basis because it is a shared common area.
- You may be responsible for any septic damages that come from flushing things or parking in the yard.

Nice stay! great communication

Very clean, Nice pool! If you're expecting to fish from the bank, good luck, not any fish in that very shallow water. Stayed 7 days and Used live bait and artificial and no luck, just minnows. Only thing that was kind of weird was you had to be cautious where you parked because the owners stayed upstairs in a separate section of the house which was a bit awkward for privacy, but they did stay to themselves and allowed us to enjoy our trip(but just a heads up, just be expecting the owners to stay upstairs.) Other than that, great communication, very clean, also nice & quiet neighborhood!

Wonderful home

So cozy and cute and comfortably fit 9 people inside of the house. We loved staying there. Austin was so awesome and communicative. Everything was mapped out perfectly and everyone knew the rules.

Fun place to hang out and engage with your people

Loved the pool , the privacy , the bocce ball court and the putting green. We had a great vacation.

Fantastic spot

11 out of 10 stars! The house looked just like the photos and the pool was perfect for our family. We spent a lot of time by the lake paddle boarding and fishing. We actually ended up cancelling a day at universal so we could save some money and relax here. Would definitely recommend this house, the host was very communicative and responded to use very fast. There was a lot of things this house has that makes it feel nice and homey. We will plan on coming back next year for sure.

Too uncomfortable to stay.

We moved out after one night. One shower did not work, microwave blew a fuse-twice, no pool steps, no diving board. Gross hot tub, dirty laundry in garage, no dresser in master BR, AC Regulated 72plus, could not sleep, broken BR window, taped with black tape, bugs inside, Adults could not sleep - due to heat and beds. Tear in screen over pool, 4th BR dirty and smelly in out building. I have many pictures. Asked owner for refund. Said only in relented. , no further reply. Deserve at least 50 percent refund. Please advise.

December vacation

My husband came down for a Jimmy Buffett concert at the Amway center. This home is in a convenient location. It is very close to Disney parks, Disney Springs, Universal and the concert venue. Also a short drive to the airport

Perfect in Every Way

We couldn’t have had a better stay! The open layout of the house and plentiful seating made for a wonderful weekend with friends. Everything was exactly as listed! I would love to stay with this host or at this property again!

Great family vacation home!

We rented this house for our family vacation to visit our granddaughter for her 4th birthday. We had an amazing time and really enjoyed our stay. The home is cozy, comfortable, and furnished with everything you could need. We felt so relaxed and at home whether we were grilling and chilling out by the pool, soaking in the jacuzzi, playing games or watching a late night movie in the comfy living room. Our hosts we're graciously accommodating and we would definitely stay here again.

Gentleman’s Weekend!

What can I say about the property. Well to start owner of property Mr. Hair was absolutely amazing as a owner/operator. Anything we needed he was attentive and fast with responsive action. We had a small incident with the door handle on the front door, he answered a text within minutes and someone was there to fix it while we were out. In a matter of 2-3 hours of us being out it was fixed and received a text telling us it was done. Absolutely amazing. Property was easy to access, pool is great and view of lake is nice. Very quiet neighborhood with minimal to no traffic. Will definitely recommend and keep as a favorite listing for future vacations. I will say this though about this property if you plan to not have your own transportation (rental or your own) I suggest you rent a car. As much as we explored and went out the Uber/taxi fees did rack up.

Great location for family activities, kids enjoyed the pool. The only negative was that the pool light inside the pool did not work. But kids did not care they had a great time.

Perfect for our family

The property was very spacious and had all the amenities that you will need for cooking. Plenty of towels, blankets and pillows. Having a washer and dryer was so nice! And the beds were comfortable too! Not enough toilet paper or paper towel for my large family for a week so we had to buy some, not a big deal. There were lots of ants, especially when the food comes out do make sure you don’t leave anything out! And the air conditioner had preset settings so at night, or randomly, we found the house started to get really warm. Other than that, the pool, house, and location was perfect! Very close to the expressway for Disney/attractions! Will definitely stay here again!

Awesome

Austin was very attentive when we had a question. The house had plenty of room for what we needed. The pool was clean along with the house. We had 10 people and it seemed to have an endless supply of hot water. We were about 10-15min from universal which made it great. We will definitely be staying again if we decide to come back down. Really impressed. Thanks Austin and congratulations on the soon to be baby.

Beautiful

This property is amazing and you can tell the personal touches the owners have done when decorating the house. The owner is pretty responsive and happy to help with anything. The pool was cleaned several times due to getting a lot of rain and was spotless each time it was cleaned. The only thing my family wished that the house included would've been cable TV but I understand why it is not. No big deal. My family loved this place and we will happily book the same house our next vacation.

Centrally Located Rental

This property has great potential and is centrally located to all major tourist attractions. The house is in a quiet community on a lake. The size of the house was perfect for our needs and the owners were very friendly and responsive to issues. The master bedroom does have a European style platform bed and is comfortable. Regular beds in other rooms- no complaints. Our concerns driving lower ratings: awkward parking situation, notified shortly before arrival oven was out, wash/dryer went out during our stay and some issues with ants and ant flies in the house. Owners worked to address issues as they arose, however price drove higher expectations. All-in-all, house met all needs for our family’s stay.

Family Trip

The property had adequate space for the 7 people in my family and my little ones enjoyed the pool. My parents were upset about the ants getting into their food on the counter and constant spider webs. The air conditioner had been pre-set to go back to 78 degrees at certain times during the day and night so we had to keep adjusting it which was inconvenient and uncomfortable. Overall, the location was good and the owner (Austin) was friendly and accessible.

Needs TLC and we had maintenance issues, but owner was responsive

Really believe this property could be great and I understand it may have just been a rough week, but it was a little too much considering what we paid... My issues: - Master bath is much smaller than picture depicts - Toilet in both bathrooms were wobbly - Diving board needs replaced - Entire pool area could have felt entirely different had it just been power washed as the whole area was dirty. - Maintenance issues all over the place (to owner credit, he was responsive and tried to address each), but the stove wasn't working which we were notified about, the fridge completely lost temp one day and I ended up fixing, hot tub control panel didn't work, boat was down until last day of trip, and the AC went out during our stay. - Old hot tub laying on side shed - house and side shed could be power washed and give an entirely different feel. Beyond that, I know we didn't have as high of daily rate as other places, but were overall underwhelmed. The master bed is literally a foot off the ground which I don't think you could tell from the pictures. The detached bunk room doesn't cool like the house. The washer/dryer combo are located in the garage, which is fine, but again the area needs cleaned and to be more presentable and I'd probably have a much different opinion and be more accepting of the maintenance type woes we experienced. The parking was also a little awkward. My parents stayed with us half the time and because owner lives upstairs, we had to park 20 feet off from the garage and only on one side of driveway. That puts a second vehicle about 10 ft off the street. I don't mean to belabor all of this and do want to stress, I think it could have been completely different had some of the simple things been done to make you feel like it was clean and welcoming especially in the pool area where you are going to spend some time. Those simple things make maintenance are other items easier to deal with.

Orlando Family Fun

It was a beautiful friendly neighborhood

I had a wonderful experience at the property is accurate with all the pictures no surprises the pool is amazing my kids love it and really enjoyed it and all the space they had to play it was really fun for them and very relaxing and peaceful for the adults definitely recommend👍👍👍didn’t get a chance to do the boat because the kids couldn’t get enough of the pool and the hot tub was relaxing enough👍👍

Host was amazing

Austin did an amazing job and was very helpful. Him and his wife live upstairs and you would never know it. He was very attentive if we need anything or had questions. House was clean and had a ton of space for us to all be in the kitchen and common areas. Pool and hottub were great to have and were both very clean.
