Apartment 6 pers, 72 m2 + 22 m2 terrace, new condition after total renovation summer 2015.
Located in a quiet residence in Roquebrune Cap Martin (1st street parallel to the waterfront) with sea view, without noise and with all amenities.
150 m from the pebble beaches and shops / restaurants (bakery, butcher, supermarket, tobacco / coffee press, beach restaurants ...).
Extremely bright accommodation with large windows in the living room, kitchen and 2 master bedrooms, all with sea view and large protected terrace access. Southeast oriented for breakfast in the sun in the morning.
1 bedroom with double bed and shower / sink, 1 bedroom 2 single beds with access to a separate bedroom with bunk beds. 1 double sofa bed in the lounge. 1 separate bathroom with toilet, wash basin, Italian shower and hairdryer.

Very nice apartment

We stayed 4 adults and 4 children in the apartment and we had enough space. The only thing we missed was a second toilet. The balcony was great and so big! We really liked it here!

Merveilleux séjour à Roquebrune/Cap Martin

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux ! Appartement très propre, tout confort, calme, idéalement exposé, accueil et échanges très agréables. Emplacement idéal, à quelques mètres d’une très belle plage, des restos et de tous les commerces. La région est très belle, d’excellentes visites aux environs, à commencer par Roquebrune, Menton, Monaco. Je recommande sans réserve ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

La casa e la sua posizione erano ottime. La vicinanza al mare ed alla stazione ferroviaria ci hanno consentito di alternare giornate di relax a visite di città della Costa Azzurra (Nizza- Cannes) senza alcuno stress di dover usare l’auto. Proprietari cordiali e disponibili.

Just Okay

The terrace is nice. There are 2 showers but only one toilet. The listing says “2 bathrooms” which can be vague across languages. The listing also indicates that laundry is available, however there was no detergent. There was also no hand soap and not enough toilet paper for my group’s trip length, so we had to buy it ourselves. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay in a good location, but be prepared to put in extra effort to make it actually functional.

Steps from the beach

We spent 4 weeks in this apartment and it was clean and modern. Great updated air conditioning and huge balcony. Great neighborhood for kids. Would definitely stay here again!

Appartement correct, bien situé, belle terrasse, bien équipé et en plus il a fait super beau. Seul bémol, un seul WC, dans la salle de bain, c'est un peu juste pour 6 personnes.

Je suis d'accord avec vous un seul WC dans la salle de bains peut être gênant ; lors de la rénovation nous avions souhaité pouvoir installer un autre WC, mais techniquement cela n'a pas été possible et je le regrette fortement. Séjour agréable avec un accueil chaleureux

Appartement confortable et très bien équipé. La vue sur la mer est un petit plus fort agréable. L'emplacement est stratégique pour les balades et l'accès à la gare de canoles. Et encore merci à Michel pour sa gentillesse et son accueil.

Eine sehr tolle Woche in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung ( insgesamt 8 Personen ) sehr wohl gefüllt. Es war alles da, was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt so braucht. Bäckerei, Metzgerei und Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind in der Nähe und zu Fuß erreichbar. Strand konnte man von der Terrasse aus, bei gemütlichen Familienmahlzeiten, beobachten. Zum Bahnhof brauchte man nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß, so konnten wir bequem alle Ausflugziele mit dem Zug erreichen. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat auch reibungslos funktioniert, die Ansprechpartner waren nett und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche und würden gerne noch mal kommen. Liebe Grüße Linda Janke

Famille de Lyon 4 personnes plus 2 petits chiens. Nous avons eu le privilège d être les premiers a occuper cet appartement, tout est propre fonctionnel. Les chambres sont agréables, la cuisine toute neuve, vaste salon... le très grand balcon est à lui seul une pièce extérieur très confortable. parking juste en bas de l' immeuble, touts les commerces sont autour et bien sur la mer à 200 m. Nous recommandons vivement cette location. Nous conservons cette adresse pour plus tard. Merci Mme Longcamp à Bientôt
