Exceptional

A beautiful apartment with a stunning view in a quiet part of Menton. The apartment was very comfortable, clean, and had a kitchen that was a joy for a cook to use. My mother and I enjoyed a short drive to the beach (or a 30 minute walk) and being able to leave the crowds behind each night. We spent almost as much time on the wraparound balcony as on the beach! You couldn’t have a better apartment in a more beautiful place.

Fabulous apartment

Really fab apartment, on the quieter end of the Boulevard de Garavan. The view across mature trees and shrubs to the sea is beautiful. The flat is well equipped and spacious (for two). Can't wait to return.Ps Andrea who met us at the property was very friendly and welcoming.

The apartament is amazing is equipped with all you need in the kitchen / living room / bedroom and bathroom. Spacious bedrooms and beautiful living room and balcony. The location is fantastic the host very friendly and helpful. Totally recommend it.

A SPACIOUS & VERY COMFORTABLE APARTMENT

The apartment proved to be an ideal choice for our needs. The clean and modern interior was always good to come home to at the end of each day - with the superb balcony and dawn/sunset Mediterranean views a special bonus. Downtown Menton was within easy reach by local bus - and Menton Garavan station just a few minutes walk away.

Wonderful apartment with amazing view

We had a great stay in this apartment. It was very spacious and had al the nececities for a stay with our Family. The airco was very welcome during the hot days. The view from the big terace is beautifull. The house is located close to the train station but a Little far from the city center and up on a Hill. We were without a car so it was quite a clim up. None the less we had a wonderful stay.

Life with a terrace view of the sea

The place is perfect for a relaxing stay away from the traffic and commerce in Menton. The apartment is perched high on a hillside overlooking the sea on a quiet historic boulevard. The building has maybe 8 units total, and ours felt very private with a wraparound terrace and doors opening from the living area, primary bedroom, and kitchen. The only negative for us (a month-long stay) was that although it's a walkable location, it's not practical to walk if you're carrying groceries, or lots of stuff for the beach - it's a serious climb uphill from the seaside and nearby grocery store. The historic center of Menton is around 2.5 k from the place. One of Menton's two train stations (regional line) is only a 12-minute walk from the apartment and was a convenient way to travel to other coastal cities. We loved our stay and could have happily stayed longer.

A relaxing Med holiday in the hills above Menton

We had a wonderful 2 weeks above Menton on Blvd de Garavan. Although it is a bit of a hike from old town, the house is close to the #8 bus stop as well as Port Garavan cafe’s and restaurants. That-said the views from the terrace out to old town, the port area, and the Med are beautiful.

Wunderschöne Wohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer ist traumhaft. Der Bahnhof Menton-Garavan ist fußläufig erreichbar und von dort gibt es sehr günstige Verbindungen nach Monaco oder Nizza. Für das Auto gibt es eine Einzelgarage.AutoEinzelgVerfügung.Verfügung.

Die Wohnung ist modern. Hochwertig. Es fehlte an nichts. Seit unserem Aufenthalt sogar mit Klima Anlage, die wir allerdings gar nicht so oft genutzt haben. Alles war genauso schön wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Top Ausstattung in der Küche. Super Lage. Traumhafte Aussicht.

Très bel appartement, bien situé, bien équipé et belle déco

Nous avons passé d 'excellentes vacances dans ce très bel appartement, bien décoré, bien équipé, avec une très belle terrasse...le seul bémol : qu'il ne soit pas climatisé (tout au moins dans le séjour) car nous avons été en vigilance canicule toute la semaine de notre séjour...les ventilateurs au plafond sont insuffisants à mon sens. Sinon, merveilleux sejour.

hübsche Wohnung mit schönem Balkon und Sicht aufs Meer

Die Wohnung wurde unlängst renoviert und ist in einem guten Zustand. Die Badezimmer sind sehr schön, die Betten bequem. Essbereich und Stube sind nicht übermässig gross, aber man kann es sich gut gemütlich machen. Die Küche ist relativ gut einrichtet. Backofen und Geschirrspüler sind von hoher Qualität. Leider war die Kanne des Filterkaffeezubereiters völlig verdreckt; wir mussten improvisieren. Kapselmaschine hats auch, aber benutzten wir nicht. Etwas nachteilig ist die Ringhörigkeit des Gebäudes. Wir hatten Nachbarn (vermutlich oben), der harte Schuhe und Fernseher/Radio man jeden Abend hören konnte. Die ansonsten sehr ruhige Lage macht das ein bisschen wett - sofern nicht grad die Müllabfuhr nachts um 10 die Container leeren kommt... :) Die Bäckerei "L'amie du pain" ist sehr gut. Wir sind fast jeden Morgen die 5min zu Fuss frische Baguette und Croissants holen gegangen. Und die rieesigen Cookies... :P
