This place was exactly as the pictures show it to be. Extremely accurate. Right on the beach. Paddle boards, kayak, snorkeling equipment- everything we needed and an extremely well stocked house. Very private facing the beach. I rent w VRBO or like sites several times a year- Beth is the MOST responsive owner I’ve ever dealt with. Literally responding within 30 minutes or less almost every time. I’d highly recommend this place- we were a family of 4 adults- plenty of space(big kitchen living room area- wide open). Lots of space and great location. Central. It’s about 35 minutes either direction to get to Exuma Point(the one end of the island) and then about 35 minutes to get to the other end(Little Exuma). Highly recommend!

Breathtaking ocean-front location. Expansive front deck for lounging in the sun or shade, eating outside. Incredibly well-stocked, spacious kitchen. Comfortable beds and furniture. A friendly & responsive owner and awesome property manager. Casa Felice was this and more! Did I mention its location on Tar Bay, the ideal "in-between everything" on the island?While the beach is only steps away, care needs to be taken to navigate past the rocks to get to the water. If you took little kids, I'd definitely give them a hand to get safely past the rocks.Thank you, Beth and Wade, for a fabulous stay at Casa Felice. We'll be back!

What an amazing place! It really is right on the water. We started every day with coffee on the beach, and the close proximity let us come in and out of the gorgeous ocean whenever we liked! The house is extremely clean, well maintained, and comfortable! It was like having all of the convenience of being at home, except you get to be on the Exuma beach front! Wifi in the house was great as well. Truly an unforgettable experience!!!

Stayed 7 nights for honeymoon. House was amazing with great private beach in backyard with multiple kayak and paddle boards available! Stayed during October which is exuma “slow” period but most restaurants were open and you really wouldn’t have been able to tell without people telling you. Beth was great with accommodating groceries upon arrival and was easy to access if we needed her or housekeeper Wade at any point! Would 100% stay at this house again in the future

Exuma Perfect beach vacy

This house had everything we needed and very close to airport!! THE BEACH IS FABULOUS!! If visitong Exuma a beach hpus eis DEFINITELY a must and this 1 checked all the boxes!OWNER IS TOP NOTCH & very helpful with anything!

Fabulous week at Casa Felice

The house was fabulous and the exactly as described. We had a great week. The beach was perfect as well. The wind made the surf a little rough but also helped with keeping the bugs from being a problem. We explored more of the island on this trip and visited most every beach. Much thanks to Beth for her support and for Wade and his support during our stay.

Excellent Experience

This home is centrally located on the island. We found it easy to get into town or visit locations on the north or south ends of the island from the location. The house was very clean and VERY well appointed. Plenty of privacy on the outdoor seating areas and the beach out back is perfection. We loved our time at Casa Felice and can’t wait to return. Finally, I have to mention the communication and coordination with the property owners. From booking to checking out, the owners were engaged, responsive, and extremely helpful.

We had a wonderful family stay at Casa Felice. Elizabeth was a wonderful host and very responsive. She gave us great suggestions on tours and general island tips. The caretaker, Wade, checked on us a couple of times during our stay. He was wonderful to get a few provisions before we arrived in the evening to get us through the next morning. The house was exactly as pictured and was perfect for our family. What a view to wake up to! We loved being able to walk out to our own private beach. We took the kayak and SUP boards out on calm days. The water was just gorgeous! We had a fabulous time. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing to consider is if you need to do any work, the power would go out randomly. We did miss a couple of work zoom calls so just be aware of that. But, Wade and Elizabeth were great to work with. Would absolutely stay here again! Don't hesitate to book Casa Felice.

Amazing view

Truly a dream from start to finish. The house has the most incredible view with lush landscaping it’s gorgeous. House is just as pictured online. Host was a gem and went over and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. This is a magical spot and we will absolutely be back!

Perfect Place Perfect View!

This was our first time to Exuma and it lived up to everything people talked about! The place it extremely well kept up and had nothing to complain about. Check in and Check out was a breeze with Wade’s help. We did rent a car for the convenience of getting around the island and exploring! We rented a boat at Minns in George Town a few days and venturing over to Stocking Island, we had an absolute blast stopping at Chat N Chill and a new place called Coconut Club both must stops along with Da Sand Bar. Other stops sand Dollar beach, Starfish beach and sandbars south of the Island. I would suggest having a filter pitcher for the refrigerator for water. We will bring one next year to leave for you😊. Visited up and down the Exuma and the best restaurants great Lobster at Shirley’s fish Fry and Santana’s on Little Exuma long drive but very cool! Markets down in George Town had everything we needed and other stores for adult beverages downtown. We can’t wait to comeback again next year and will definitely stay longer. We are at Atlantis now and already want to be back and relaxing on that wonderful beach just out the back door steps away! Tim’s Bar just down the street has many locals and sounds like Hedy is a legend😎 Thanks again for a memorable week! See you Soon!!!!

Perfect Beach Retreat

Casa Felice is a beautiful home located on an amazing white sand beach! Upon arrival, we were met by their caretaker Wade who showed us around, gave us great suggestions on a few local markets, and made sure we were settled before he left. Hedy and Elizabeth are wonderful hosts and we hope to be able to visit Casa Felice again soon! Thank you for for having us!

Amazing views from this property. The communication and response to needs was prompt and appreciated. Really enjoyed Exuma and being in this location. Casa Felice is right in the middle of it all. Perfect location for things easy or west on the island.

Breathtaking!!

We couldn’t have asked for more than Casa Felice. It was everything and more than expected. Communication with the owner was like none other- very prompt and detailed and very welcoming!! It’s always hard to leave a vacation behind but this one really was tough to say goodbye to. Thank you for many amazing memories and hopefully we will get a chance to return sometime.

Amazing Getaway

Exploring Great Exuma

Our stay at Casa Felice was fantastic. The place is right on the beach at Tar Bay. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck taking in the great views and morning walks on the beach. The house is in a great location that is close to the airport and not far from Georgetown. It was located nicely for us to explore the island and meet our boat excursion and rent a boat ourselves. Check in and out were easy, stores are near by for all your needs... it was a great vacation! Thank you.

Lovely stay at Casa Felice!

Our family had a lovely stay and felt right at home. The view from the house AND the private beach were amazing! We spent lots of time snorkeling and kayaking. There are reefs right out back! We appreciated having many amenities, including a double kayak, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and cable (especially since we had a rainy week!). Lots of towels and linens provided. The owners are very accommodating and sweet.

Spectacular view!

Very relaxing and enjoyable stay. The house is as described and pictured, and the views are amazing. The beach access comes and goes, but the beach is great when you can get to it!

I’ve been fortunate to visit Exuma since 1974 with my family, and later, with my beloved husband Chris, whom I married in 2004 right here on Exuma. Together, we’ve created so many treasured memories on this beautiful island that will stay in our hearts forever.

Over the years, we've introduced countless friends and loved ones to the island’s beauty, and our passion for Exuma has only deepened. The breathtaking views, pristine beaches, and adventurous spirit keep them returning year after year — they often say, "Once is not enough."

Our family has come to cherish the warm people of Exuma and their rich traditions. Our home, built directly above the beach, offers spectacular vistas with ever-changing shades of Exuma blue, providing a constant reminder of the island’s serenity. Each day spent here offers a peaceful, scenic experience that instills a deep sense of calm and tranquility.

Our greatest desire is to share this slice of paradise with all who visit Exuma, inviting others to experience the same beauty and serenity we cherish so dearly.
