Great Location!

The only drawback is the parking, but we were also there during the holidays when the park was very active.

Great Location Downtown Paso

Really cool place with old style brick wall, nice kitchenette, and balcony over looking the park. Great location where you want to be downtown walking distance to all the good Restuarants. Only issue for us was the bed was a full not a Queen and we are use to a King.

Overall it was a great place an would stay in the VRBO again. The only issue was we booked on a weekend during a rain storm and in the middle of the night I was hearing load noises which I thought was some sort of renovations happening in the building. We discovered it was the cloth style cover over the outdoor patio was blowing so hard that it was making a load noise. Not really something that could be controlled unless the cover is removed or another style put up.

Aesthetically pleasing, but VERY NOISY

Great location…very clean..modern..up to date. However the square is very loud. People playing music until 2-3am. You hear all the road noise. The restaurant beneath us starting playing jazz early in the morning (it felt like they were playing their band next to our bed)—-we ended up having to buy ear plugs and noise machine to try to drown out the noise. We also bought pillows because the pillows they have are very thick. We loved paso but would not stay at this location again.

Sleepless in Paso Park

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed on this property before but in another unit. We were excited and at first glance the unit looks good. However, the bed is very small and it is not a queen as described!! The bedding was terrible! The blankets were so scratchy! The unit was not comfortable at all and we looked into leaving early. Also, we don't go on a vacation to wash dishes and it would have been nice if the unit had a dishwasher. While the unit seemed clean, the rugs are filthy and the patio furniture. We decided to not stay here again in the future.

Reviewer Comments: We just enjoyed our 5th visit to Paso Robles, and we've always stayed at the Paso Park suites every trip.We love the loft spaces - they are contemporary/comfortable, and give us bit more room and amenities than a typical hotel room. The location is amazing - being right above the square in downtown Paso is perfect, as we can walk to shops and restaurants, tons of free parking just downstairs from the units - our favorite coffee, breakfast and dinner spots are literally within 2 blocks. It's great to be able to walk to dinner, cocktails, or live music and not have to hassle with driving.The units are always clean and well maintained, we appreciate the frig stocked with cold waters and the multiple coffee maker options along with coffee and cream provided. Frig is large enough to stock some essentials during the visit.The communication and customer service is top notch - quick to respond, super helpful and professional. After a day of exploring Paso wineries, it's so nice to come back to a comfortable spot vs a busy hotel.Highly recommend booking a chef's table dinner at Somm Kitchen - need to book a month or two in advance, worth the advance planning. Spearhead is great choice for morning coffee, Red Scooter Deli for breakfast or lunch to take to winery. Too many dinner options to mention, but just about everything you can imagine on or just off the square. Favorite winery experiences include Epoch, Jada, Booker, Jacob Toft in Tin City and Fulldraw.

A beautiful place, but I got the wrong apartment

Reviewer Comments: When I called to reserve the place six months ago or more, I asked for the best place with the best view and the person I spoke with said oh they’re all beautiful and they have all unique views. Well, that’s not true. Each place has either no view of the park or two decks of the park or one deck of the park with a big tree in front of it so you don’t have a view of the park and it’s obstructed and a much smaller space. since I was one of the first to book, I got an obstructed view with one Terrace and a very small apartment I suggested to a couple that they reserve there too, and they got a substantially larger apartment with two terraces that overlooked the park with an unobstructed view. I was very dissatisfied when I saw their apartment versus mine, and I didn’t understand why that happened. Although mine was a pretty apartment if I booked before they did why would I not get a beautiful space like they did didn’t make sense overall get apartment 204 that is the best.

This was our second time staying at this property. Location is excellent if you want to be downtown around all the restaurants, boutiques and tasting rooms. Always our first choice when visiting Paso as a couple looking for a getaway. Very easy to use app for access and instructions. Highly recommend - will be back again!

Perfect Location

Perfect spot downtown. Easy walk to tasting rooms and great restaurants. Quiet spot on the park. Loved the balcony overlooking the park for morning coffee or late day cocktail/wine.

Great location, comfortable place, great hosts

We flew in before check in time and the hosts did everything they could to make us comfortable with bags and no car before check in. We really appreciated it. The location is amazing… super walkable to many of the best places to eat and drink. The place is comfortable and although it was a little noisy on Friday night, we did not expect it to be as quiet as it was. Paso is a tame town!

Nice Place! Love PAOS!

The property was great, fantastic location too! Loved having one code for the door, laundry area and stairway door! Loved the large shower too. The noise from the restaurant is a bit of an issue, as mentioned in other reviews. Was thankful for the ear plugs that were provided. Just know Fridays and Saturday nights will be a bit noisy.
