This Craftsman beauty is located right downtown, walking distance to all the restaurants, wineries & boutiques. Enjoy the expansive space with an en-suite bathroom for each bedroom. Features: open kitchen, dining room, living room, full-size washer/dryer & EV Charger. The exterior boasts a large, private, and fully fenced backyard with gas BBQ, covered seating, & beautiful fire pit! ALSO, an upstairs living area, with additional 1 bedroom and 1bathroom, that is available for an additional fee.



The Space:

Home Squared is the perfect vacation home in Paso Robles! This Craftsman beauty is located right downtown, within walking distance to all the restaurants, wineries, and boutiques in the square. Enjoy the expansive space with an en-suite bathroom for each bedroom. Features include: open kitchen, dining room, living room, full-size washer & dryer, Smart TV, WiFi & EV Charger. The exterior boasts a large, private, and fully fenced backyard with gas BBQ, covered seating, and beautiful fire pit! This house has an upstairs living area, with an additional 1 bedroom and 1bathroom, that is available for an additional fee.

Bedroom 1 features a Queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo.

Bedroom 2 features a Queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Loved this property, especially with our dogs! The private backyard was much appreciated as was the very thoughtfully appointed kitchen, we could easily cook many great meals here. Also loved how quiet the house and area is at night, and also very walkable to downtown!

We had an amazing time. The place was even better than we could imagine. Perfect location for us. It had everything we needed and was extremely well appointed. We enjoyed sitting in the back yard in the evening.I would definitely recommend this place to my friends!

Lovely house with easy parking and great communication with host - large backyard patio area for morning coffee and listening to the birds, spacious bedrooms for ample space for getting ready. Open kitchen/dining room allows space to cook with friends and everything is super clean! Super quiet neighborhood and close to the park and restaurants. Would definitely book this house again next time I'm back in Paso.

It's hard to imagine a better place in Paso Robles. This house had everything we needed, was very well maintained and is in a pleasant residential neighborhood that is a very short walk to downtown.

Great place! Definitely walking distance to downtown. We loved the individual A/C controls in each room. The back yard was very cute and we used it every night. Place was clean and we would definitely come back.
