The stay was wonderful, house exceeded our needs. Was fun for the younger adults as well as the older. Beautiful views from a top the mountain. Would recommend to any family with young adults.

Golden Girls

This was, I believe, our fourth year at the Fallbrook property. As always, we had a wonderful, restful visit. What a wonderful home!! We hope to visit again next yesr.

Amazing place, fantastic hosts!

This is an immaculately maintained house with stunning views over the nearby hills and valleys. Having a pool, hot tub, pickleball court and sauna made it feel like a 5 star resort.The hosts were awesome, very responsive and their attentiveness was fantastic. For example, we couldn’t find a bottle opener and they had one delivered the next morning!Can’t review highly enough. Great place.

Wonderful staycation!

Amazing views

This property has amazing views and offers so much. We swam, played pickleball, enjoyed the hot tub and the views. Only thing I wish is that the curtains closed so we could sleep in.

Amazing retreat; unmatched hosting

Katrina accommodated all our needs. The place is well maintained, clean, and well equipped. Scenery is breathtaking. Host was very quick respond and agreed to late check out, which was ver y helpful to us. Very highly recommend!

Hilltop gem

This home is beautifully designed and very well maintained. The courtyard patio, pool, and bbq area are so inviting. And the sunset view from the master bedroom patio across the valley is enchanting. The layout of two en suite bedrooms at both ends of the house, plus the casita, is a nice way to accommodate a family or several couples. We had the place to ourselves and really enjoyed it.

Family Reunion

This is beautiful Spanish style house, with everything we need for 4 nights stay. The house is clean, cozy and stylish, has beautiful views, nice pool and hot tube. Also, the simplest checkout we ever had. The management is very easy to communicate with. We had amazing time here!

Amazing views and comfortable beds.

The property was so beautiful. We came for a family wedding and no one wanted to leave. The rooms included very nice bathrooms and a living area perfect for lounging around with family from out of state. The kitchen was big enough so that a few of our “cooks” could get the job done. The property manager was very prompt with returning texts.

Beautiful Property

This is by far the best rental property that my friends and I have stayed at on one of our many excursions. The grounds were beautiful, the view was stunning, and the house was extremely clean. The Pickle Ball Court, and the heated pool were the best. Also, the Property Manager was always available, polite, and professional. We are already planning our next get together at this venue. A must stay for a beautiful and fun getaway.

O.G. Retreat

The property was amazing. I haven't relaxed like that since before I had kids. The rooms were all clean and comfortable. The pool was perfect especially with the outdoor kitchen. Views were spectacular. We had a number of red-tail hawks flying around at eye level. It was just like a National Geographic episode. We certainly plan on returning.

Mom’s weekend paradise

What an incredible place for a group getaway! There were 8 adult women in the house and there was plenty of room. We loved the property so much we didn’t even want to leave. We felt like kids again playing music and swimming in the pool. In the evening we watched the sunset in the hot tub. Everything was clean and well cared for, we will absolutely stay here again!

Picture don't do it justice!

We had a wonderful stay at Via Viento! The property is gorgeous, well-maintained and the valley views were stunning. Very private with lots of space to spread out and relax. The pool, spa and pickle ball court (we are now hooked!) really made it feel like a resort and kept the entire family engaged. Great communication and responsiveness with the property manager. We hope to be back!

My 4x back

Amazing property, beautifully decorated with a gourmet kitchen and all the appliances needed. The bedrooms are spacious and dreamy comfortable. The property manager lives less than a block away and address any issues promptly. Very accommodating. This is by far the best VRBO we have ever stayed at, much less 4x in 3 years.

Gorgeous property, abundance of amenities!

Our family of 9 (7 adults, 2 years and under) stayed at Via Viento for our son’s wedding, which was held at Grand Traditions.The property is lovely. Gorgeous setting and views, spacious and comfortable home, so many amenities - the pickle ball court, giant chess set, hot tub, pool… very peaceful.Everything you can think of for cooking and dining - very well-stocked kitchen. Curtis and Katrina were so helpful and quick to respond to questions - could not ask for more gracious hosts.Downtown Fallbrook is a short drive; great pizza place, Pala Mesa Pizza, was 5 minutes away. Would stay here again in a heartbeat; the only downside I can think of is that we were so busy with the wedding and there for just the weekend, time flew by. Would have loved to have stayed longer! Highly recommend.
