Cape cottage with 4 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, 1 3/4 bathroom with washer/dryer, laminate and wood flooring, Central A/C, outdoor shower and WiFi for your convenience. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and all new furnishings.

The second floor includes a bedroom with a queen bed and a bedroom with a twin bed, the first floor includes a bedroom with a twin sized bunk bed and one bedroom with a queen bed. There is a queen size sleep sofa in the living room for additional sleeping. Lovely private back yard with a patio set, gas grill and solo stove. Roof deck with sunset views and water views of Great Pond.

Just 200 yards to a pathway that leads to Great Pond with a small beach to kayak or swim. Less than a 5 minute drive to Menahaunt Beach.
NO SMOKING, NO PETS.

TENANT is responsible for cleaning, drying and folding ALL towels, as well as stripping beds and placing bed sheets in a pile in the 1st fl bathroom.

TENANT’S personal property and belongings must be removed from the home at departure and TENANT must rinse off from the beach before entering.

TENANT responsible to clean outside grill after each use. If tenant uses propane, they are responsible to refill the propane tank prior to check out.

Comfortable House!

Very nice house. All the comforts of home without the clutter. All the beds were comfortable. My friends and I enjoyed the setting inside and out. Nice space for sitting in front of the house and a nice patio in the back. Quite street Perfect for walking. Quick drive to the ocean and downtown.

Falmouth adventures

This week was great. The house had all the amenities and in a quiet, quaint neighborhood. Enjoyed walking around the area. Good location for day trips around the cape.

Hello, we are Matt and Danielle and would like to thank you for considering our home for your vacation! We are life long residents of Massachusetts and our love for the beach and Cape Cod led to our purchase of this home in 2018 to make life long memories with our children.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

This property is ideal for families with young children who want to just load up a beach cart for a short walk to an Association Beach on Great Pond where the kids can build sandcastles, hunt for hermit crabs and watch boats go back and forth. Adults will love our roof deck with beautiful water and sunset views and our outdoor shower where you can rinse the kids off after a long day at the beach. We are just a short drive to downtown Falmouth, which features several shops and restaurants and also to the Ferry that can take you to Martha's Vineyard.
