Cute Cabin

We loved the house. Plenty of room for our whole family and then some. It’s in a great neighborhood, and has all the amenities that we were looking for. Only negative thing I have to say, is the cleaning lady left 1 bed sheets dirty and a dirty rag on it. Nothing we couldn’t fix ourselves though! Would stay here again! Thank you!

Family getaway

Was more than I expected.. with 5 bedrooms it was adequate for all my family members.. the huge living room area was very spacious and was the highlight of the stay. The ping pong table and pool table was great entertainment for the teens. Even thought the house itself needs some repairs and updates overall we had a wonderful time.

All on one floor!

Loved the design, all on one floor. Bedroom suites were well placed. Cleanliness in the shower grout could benefit from some Clorox. Pool table needs some kindness, however the ping pong table was the best! Kitchen and appliances were clean. We enjoyed the hot tub, it got used quite a bit. Ample room for 7 adults.

Spacious Cabin

Great cabin overall with a spacious, open concept with plenty of seating which allows the whole family to be together while enjoying their own activities. Kids really enjoyed the ping pong and pool tables. Only downside was having to park outside the garage if wanting to play ping pong. Everything else was as advertised with comfortable beds and a fully equiped kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.

Galindo's reunion

Its a decent stay, great amount of spce, but it did need some cleaning upon arrival , as restrooms showera still had hairs and we needed toilet paper. Door knobs need replacing and need to leave more cleaning materials to clean thorough out the days. Overall it was what i would consider a 3 star experience.

New years with family

The size and location of the property was perfect; however, the house was not very clean and the heat was not consistent throughout the house. Bedrooms on one side were hot while the ones on the other side were cold.

A wonderful Christmas with Gamily

We had a great family holiday, with enough beds for everone, a huge living with seating for 12 people and a dining table that all 12 of us could fit. We were close to activities for all. All in all this home provided a great setting for our families holiday activities.

Way to expensive for the problems/inconveniences

Door handles falling off one screw holding it on very hard to open the door from the kitchen to the garage, bedroom with 3 beds door handle turns but doesn't work also the shower handle in that bathroom is broken so that sucked, the kitchen sink has a leak with a bucket to catch water under it, the bathroom off the living area, the sliding door is off the slide and could potentially fall off and hurt someone, fire extinguishers missing throughout the house and some are no good(in the red), only 2 working TV's, there should be a TV with some sort of channels in all the rooms and smart TVs at that, pool table in the pool room has lots of holes and dead bumpers, for the price of this rental everything should be in excellent condition it was very disappointing, the bedrooms and spacious living room along with the kitchen all great just having the things mentioned not working really sucked with 10 people, also the wood retaining wall near the garage looks like it could fall over at any time.

Great weekend with extended family

We were a big group and this cabin exceeded our expectations. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably, for everyone to sit comfortably while eating. Overall, we were very impressed.

Ruidoso Vacation

The house was great. Plenty of room for a large family to stay. Close to many activities However when we got there the lock combination that was given to us did not work. Took several phone calls (30 min) to get a person to help us out. The person was very rude and we never got an apology. I will never book with hummingbird again.
