Great place!

Great location. Perfect size space for our family with 3 kids. It had extra surprises of a beach stroller, chair, toys, float, and pool noodles to use. Quick walk to the beach and the area had nice pools to use as well. Enjoyed our stay!

Vacay Ready!

Definitely will stay again! Property is very quiet but currently under construction. When all done, I think it will be a great getaway. A bit of a walk to the beach but property has a great deck for the short stroll. Watch out for jellyfish!! The condo was great but missing a couple of cleaning items like a broom and the mattresses were a bit soft for our backs. Very spacious and convenient for us. About a 15-20 drive to the main road to go to dinner or activities. Overall, it was a great trip and ready to come back!!

Great stay

Location and building were great. Very hard to find our condo…. No numbers or signs on the buildings. Pictures did not correctly portray the living room furnishings. Guest room queen bed was the worst bed I had ever slept in. Floors were very dirty and had to call for a new dust pan and garbage bags for the kitchen garbage can. The queen bed crunched likes you were getting on a bag of cereal.

A little annoyed

Vacasa showed check out at 10am. Hotels.com showed check out at 11am. Housekeeping knocked on the door at 9:30 and wanted to know when we would be out. I told them to give us 45 minutes. Literally 15 minutes later they came back and asked if we were done yet. Very unnerving. The pool and beach were nice. The condo serves its purpose but was very outdated.

Great vacation!

The condo was super clean and smelled great when we arrived! We were so pleased. It was exactly like the pictures, the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had all supplies we needed. There was not a key for the indoor pool in the condo but with the coronavirus going strong, we weren’t interested in using it. The dishwasher really needs to be anchored down so it won’t tip over every time you pull a rack out to load or unload without it trying to spill the dishes. The missing key and the dishwasher are our only complaints. The condo was very pretty and we loved the pool and beach.

Super Clean and easy access to beach

Unit was spacious and super clean! Kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Close and convenient access to beach. Nice relaxing pools! Great food on site at Sassy Bass

Good Value Find

The condo is smaller than some I’ve previously stayed at in the area, but was still comfortably accommodated 4 adults. Overall, it is a solid option if you’re looking for competitive pricing in the area and are ok skipping the frills of a newer complex. The indoor heated pool is very nice. Another plus: there’s a Sassy Bass restaurant on the grounds, which is super convenient for dining in or takeout, and has a fun cocktail menu.

Everything was fine except our room wasn't clean.

Other then our room was a little smaller than it appeared everything was like the pics. Check in was good. Very friendly staff. It does take 20 minutes to get back to the main road for shops and more restaurants. But you are away from the traffic. The main problem we had was it was dirty. The sheets were obviously not clean. There was sand in between my sheets and blood stains on 2 of the 3 beds. There was several places through out the floor that never get cleaned and it was all very visible. Luckily we only stayed one night.

Clean and comfy but Room was not ready at check in time

The condo was very clean and exactly what was pictured. Met all expectations. Would have given 5 stars if not for the check in process. Check in time was listed as 4pm. We went to the office to pick up our keys which isn’t in the condo building itself. We were told our room wasn’t ready and they would call us when it was ready. We were told we would have to come back to get the keys. This was an inconvenience to have to drive all the way back to the check in office just to get keys. We assured them we would not go up to the room until they called us and told us it was ready. They told us they couldn’t do that. No appologies for our inconvenience. The staff there acted like they could care less. So we had to wait an hour at the office until our room was ready. We were an hour late being able to get into our room. We were only there for 1 night so every minute counts. We check out when we are supposed to. We should be able to check in on time as well. Other than that it was a great stay!

Well stocked condo!

This condo was comfortable and clean. The pictures on the website were an exact match of what the condo looked like. We were pleased to find games, beach toys, and any other extra things that a family would enjoy, but not necessarily pack!
