We had a wonderful time- the view was spectacular. We had some issues with the code on the keyless entry (due to a button not working). The property manager was responsive and got someone on site relatively quickly.

Great property!! Beautiful area and amenities

This condo was GREAT! We loved the whole property, the pools and location. We love the quieter area. The condo was wonderful! Clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking in, the property has bbq grills as well. Communication was excellent!

Enjoyed Our Time in the Gulf

We enjoyed our stay near Fort Morgan at Plantation Palms. This isn't a crazy-busy area (like Orange Beach can be). We received all of our check-in & check-out info through text messages. They were prompt to do so. The place could be cleaner. There was a lot of dust/dirt on the floor board trim and vents. The mattresses on the bunch beds and pull-out couch were also a little thin. Heads up..parking costs around 35 additional when you arrive.

Great stay but we did have a few issues

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the most part, our stay was wonderful! With that being said, we did have a couple of issues! Upon arrival our door would not lock when we left the condo. We could lock it from inside the condo, but not outside. I did message the customer service number, never received a response, but by Wednesday it seemed yo be working again! The biggest issues was the balcony door! It was ridiculously hard to open. Once on the balcony, we could never get it to close all the way since there was nothing to grab onto from the outside! This hindered the time spent on the balcony since we did not want the air conditioner to freeze up! Again, i messaged customer service and they did send someone out for that issue. Maintenance had the same issue, we were told the owner of the condo would be contacted.
