Great house for a family with kids!

Checking in was a breeze, they email you everything you need. House was clean and perfect for our family of 4. Ocean view from the balcony was perfect and the walk to the beach was short. We flew in so the closet full of beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas was perfect!! We would definitely stay here again!

Everything you need!

The condo was super clean and had everything we needed. It was convenient to the beach and held all of us comfortably. The furnishings and decor needs to be updated to compete with other properties. Overall a great time!

Everything you need

Very well appointed condo and kitchen. So nice to have a washer and dryer as well to keep your swim suits clean and dry between dips. They even have a closet with beach toys/chairs, floats and boogie boards. The game cabinet has lots of fun games and the cable has lots of channels. The balcony is big and great view of the courtyard and the water. The condo was very clean, spacious and laid out very nicely!

Great!

I booked this condo for my daughter's first beach trip, and it was great! Plenty of room, a view of the pools and beach, great wifi, comfy beds, huge balcony, and a short distance from the beach! We're definitely going to try to book again here next year!

Great trip!

Condo was nice but not on the first floor like it seems in the photos... Also- the code to the front door was so long! Definitely could shorten it to make it easier to get in. Other than that- our stay was extremely comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. Was a short walk to the beach. Simply wonderful!

Nice Rental...Nice View

This was a nicely decorated and appointed unit. Furniture was in good condition, kitchen nicely equipped, and the bedrooms comfortable. The overall floorplan was great with plenty of room. One thing that helped the comfort level was a built-in dehumidifier...no signs of dampness or smells. The view from the living room sliding doors was nice...palm trees, the pools, and the Gulf. (4.5)

Pleasant beach stay

We booked without ever being to the area and we’re pleased with the stay. Condo is nice even though it’s not updated and the cleaning crew slacked off (random dirty qtips on floor, stained sheets). Make sure you take anything you think you’ll need. Soaps, extra dish towels etc or stop at the store in GS before you go. Closest store is a dollar general which will help with forgotten things. Would definitely stay again as it is RIGHT on the sand.

Loved the condo location! Everything we needed was provided. Was decorated very cute. It’s a little thing but I appreciated the small handles on sliding doors, inside & outside for opening & closing. My only suggestions would be adding celling fans, replacing the recliner (was filthy) & replacing shower liners (moldy) Main bedroom mattress needs replacing.

Family friendly

Great place to stay with littles. Away from the hustle & bustle, but close enough to drive to restaurants/shopping/attractions. Wish the pools were heated, but we had amazing weather (80° in early Oct) so the beach was perfect!

Beautiful View

Excellent condo, beautiful views of the Gulf. The only thing I would mention is that they are hard to get hold of in the event of problems. (We needed a new coffee pot) Otherwise, everything was great.

Just what we needed

This place was perfect for our two day stay. The condo was older but clean. The elevator was out of order the first day we were there but the room was on the second floor which made it no trouble.
