Enjoy a Gulf Coast getaway at Plantation Palms, a beachfront building that sits down the Fort Morgan Peninsula in Gulf Shores! Whether it's lounging on the white sand, relaxing by the on-site pools and hot tub, or practicing your serve on the tennis court, you're sure to have a great time.

In-home features include a fully equipped kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances, free cable TV on a new smart-mounted TV and WiFi, and a private balcony with direct views of the Gulf of Mexico overlooking the pool area. Central air conditioning and a private washer/dryer round out the modern essentials.

THINGS TO KNOW
The parking fee for this vacation rental is $35. Instructions for purchasing the required parking pass will be included in your confirmation email.
Only valid service animals will be allowed that are registered/checked-in with security at arrival, but if a service animal is causing an issue such as barking (other than a medical emergency), not on leash and properly controlled, seen as aggressive or approaching others, or defecating in any way in the common grounds areas, they will be evicted.
The Palms building hot tub opens September 16 - May 14 and will be closed May 15 - September 15.
A queen sofa bed offers extra sleeping space.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice for the price

This unit was clean and well-supplied. The balcony and views were nice, and there were lots of items we didn't expect, such as pool toys, a volleyball, books, board games, and tons of dishes. The sofa was a bit uncomfortable and some of the lamps don't work. All-in-all, it was a nice trip!

Nice relaxing stay

We found the unit to be a great for what we needed. It’s really close to the beach and there are pools and tennis courts for things to do besides the beach. We found the twin beds were great for our two kids. The kitchen was fully equipped and enjoyed the flexibility to make a meal and sit out on the balcony with the view of the beach. Overall we found it to be a good value and we had a nice stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The beach was beautiful, it wasn't crowded, and it was quiet. Amazing view! The only thing was that the condo was sparsely stalked. We had 4 people for a 4 night stay. Only 4 bath towels and 5 wash cloths. 1 kitchen hand towel. I'd say go, but brinh everything! If you think you won't need it, you will.

Fun Stay

We had a fun time on our family vacation. The condo could use some updating. The silk plants look like they’ve never been dusted. The furniture is pretty worn and dated. There was only 1 trash bag for the entire time. More towels would be helpful so we’re not having to wash them every single day. The dryer is awfully loud. We had to put something heavy on top of it so it wouldn’t rattle. The property itself was a bit dirty. Saw trash on the ground. I’ve stayed at Plantation Palms 5 or 6 times, and never had any issues. This particular condo just needs some TLC.

Great view but needs work

Have stayed in this unit in the past, and was looking forward to staying again. However it has gone downhill. It needs a thorough cleaning, repairs, and update. Door to unit would not catch and lock unless slammed HARD. Furniture was dated and worn. There were broken light fixtures and burned out light bulbs throughout. Washer was so moldy and smelly it was unusable. View is fantastic

Great area. Secluded in Fort Morgan. But close enough to Gulf Shores for anything the kids!

Comfortable getaway

This unit is on par with other units at this property. We've stayed in multiple units on the same property over the years...they all have dirty pots and pans, rusty kitchen tools, and lids and pots that don't match. I'm used to it by now. In general it was clean, functional (one of the back burners wasn't working), and fine for a low key getaway. You just make do and find your own groove around there. One of the elevators at the property was out of date on inspection and a little sporadic. As usual, there's no staff on the property that is easily found for inquiries like that. They are kind of on the down low. We made it just fine. I really liked having the in unit washer & dryer and table and chairs on the patio. Those were big help. I'd stay there again, it was good enough for a few days of R&R with the family.

Beach and pool area is so relaxing!

Love the private beach access and the pools are clean and we maintained. Condo building has some years on it but is fine for what it is. If the condo was my personal residence I’d do some upgrades with a few appliances, some furniture, and new life to the walls and cabinets. If I owned this condo and used it as a rental it would be fine as is. It has more space than the pictures show. Plenty of room for the family! Balcony view is hard to beat!

Accuracy of Listing

We were in town for a softball tournament and had specifically chosen this room because it had a washer and dryer in the room. When we went to use the washing machine, it was not functioning. It was too late to call anyone that evening but the next morning before I was able to call anyone, I received a phone call telling me that someone was coming out to look at the washing machine. Which means that it had been reported by a previous occupant that it was not functional and we were not made aware of this before or on arrival. Other than this, the room was very clean and perfect for our stay.

Fun Family Stay

The condo is nice, plenty of room for a family of four. The resort is guarded for security, which I liked. My family and I utilized the restaurants located at the Plantation resorts and the food was great. I would stay here again.
