Just what we needed

Would not stay here again.

We love staying at the plantations due to location being away from town but this home was not what we hoped for. To start off, the AC could not catch up. The upstairs was hot, requiring us to purchase 3 additional fans after arrival. After being told to ensure the unit was switched to auto (which it was) they did not offer anything else. The downstairs was cool but when you started walking upstairs (where all bedrooms are located) the hot air hit you like bricks. Upon arrival there were ants in the upstairs bedrooms on the nightstands and in the bathroom. The master bathroom also had what appeared to be a dead piece of skin on the counter. They offered to send house keeping, but I had already cleaned both as I always wipe everything down as soon as we arrive. We would have also liked to have a few more towels and we had to do laundry daily to have enough clean towels each day. The master bathroom water pressure was wonderful and the kitchen was well equipped with cooking supplies.

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Sunny Days. The place was comfortable for our group of 8. Plenty of items in the kitchen and seating in the dining area. It’s very close to the beach and both pools. Would definitely recommend!

wonderfully close to beach!

This was great for our family, and parking was easy, entry was easy, and the home was wonderful. The balconies were nice, and having laundry access was so nice to have!

Great house!

Loved this cottage

We very much enjoyed this property. We were shuffled last minute due to construction with our confirmed reservation and could not have been any happier. So much space for our family and conveniently located close to pool and beach. The home was also very clean and fully equipped with just about everything we could need (books, games, all kitchen needs, toiletries, etc). We are previous owner in GSP, but had never stayed in the cottages before, but will definitely be back!

Nice Spot Close to the Beach

Property was just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by smaller pools and hot tubs. Duplex was clean and had plenty of space for a family of 5 (with plenty of space for kids). Overall, we enjoyed our stay and I’d recommend. Couple minor points that could be improved: internet did not work and the property manager didn’t do enough to correct the issue. Also, this property does not have access to the indoor pool (which is important during the cold months and entertaining children). I felt like the vrbo posting was misleading there.

Great little home close to the beach

Very clean cottage, well stocked with dishes and almost anything you'd need on a short trip other than the food itself. Not a beach view, but still a 3 minute stroll to a clean beach. Plenty of room for our many children!

Great Place

This house is wonderful and has access to a private beach, Plantation outdoor pools and a hot tub. The beaches are beautiful and clean. We were not able to access the fitness room or either of the indoor pool or hot tubs even with the appropriate key card.

Birthday trip

Took my son and his friends there for his birthday. Plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Very clean. Kids had a blast!

Great Place to Stay!

Wonderful getaway

This property was even more beautiful than the pictures. Rooms and beds were nice. Kitchen was well stocked and had what we needed. Everything was very clean! Location to the beach and pools was fantastic! The view of the gulf from the porches was an added bonus! We are a family of 8 and we had plenty of room. Definitely recommend this wonderful place!

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Sunny Days. The house was well equipped to house our family of 8. The location was pleasant and the beach was fabulous. It is a little further out from the beaten trail of touristy things, which we loved, but it is wise to plan for shopping. We could have used a few more towels in the house and the AC was sometimes a little cool downstairs and warm upstairs, but overall a great little house. We would stay again.
