Have stayed multiple times. Very convenient location, great layout, we love the covered deck for morning coffee before walking to the beach. Hosts are very responsive and we appreciate the suggested activities and restaurants.

We had a great stay. The location was excellent. Walking distance to many cute restaurants and the beach. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything you need. Had a chance to meet the owners before we left and they were wonderful. Will definitely book another stay for longer next time.

This is our second visit to this property and it was just as good as the first one. Great location, great hosts, and perfect stay as a result! Quick walk to two beaches. (Less than a three minute drive) If you are looking for a good price and a great location don’t skip this one!

We had a lovely stay at Michael's place. The property was just as described and was clean and comfortable. Michael was super easy to communicate with too. The location was great and easy to get to the beach as well as to downtown Newport. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Home Away from Home. Outstanding location. Easy drive (can also walk 1-2 miles) to many activities. Would definitely stay there again if visiting the area.

We had a wedding in Newport, Michael’s place was 2 miles from the venue, a perfect location. The pictures do not do it justice. Will definitely be back.!

Nice property. Decent location for the price. Easy to drive into town but not walkable (lack of sidewalks). Owner was very communicative! Huge bathroom and comfortable bed.

My childhood friend and I had an amazing time at Michael and Diane’s lovely Cottage in Middletown! We had everything we needed and more. The house was adorable, and well stocked. Plenty of towels, extra blankets and an amazing bathroom! The “local” info binder was spot on with restaurant suggestions, coffee shops and information about the area. Location was perfect for getting around Middletown, yet close to beaches and still only minutes away from Newport waterfront. Parking at the cottage was easy and their lovely garden and green space was a bonus with both covered seating as well as an uncovered area. Thanks, Michael & Diane. Hope to get back to your lil piece of paradise in the near future.

Had a wonderful stay in Rhode island. Home was perfect location to great restaurants, beach, cliff walk and shopping. Place was extremely clean and comfortable. Thanks for a great stay.

Michael and Diane are both lifelong residents of Aquidneck Island, and take great pride in our home and our neighborhood.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

This is the owner's childhood home, where he grew up with 4 brothers and his mom and dad of course. Michael and his wife Diane moved back to this house in 1997 and built the apartment for his mother Fay. They spent the next 20 years together with Fay, and raised their children there, until Fay's passing in 2017. It is a lovely residential neighborhood in a beautiful area of the state. Besides being close to two beaches, close by there are also nature trails, golf courses, and farm stands. Right down the hill are several family-friendly restaurants.
