Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your stay did not fully meet your expectations. We would like to clarify that the AC and elevator issues occurred as a result of the hurricane, which caused widespread power outages across the entire island. Unfortunately, these were extraordinary circumstances beyond our control, affecting hotels, resorts, and residences throughout Maui. While we understand the inconvenience you experienced, we hope you recognize that the disruptions were caused by a significant natural disaster rather than the property's normal conditions.

Mahalo for your review. We’re so glad you enjoyed the unit and the fantastic views. We would like to clarify that we informed you about the construction as soon as we became aware of it and continued to share updates as we received them. Unfortunately, following the storm, the elevators were temporarily out of service, which was beyond our control. We kept you informed as soon as we received updates regarding their status. We’re happy to share that the elevators have since been restored and are fully operational and functioning as normal.
