Wow!!! Love love love this place!!! It’s perfect in so many ways! The cabin is very nice, and the beach! Nothing like you own private beach. If you love the ocean, you will love this beach! It has everything but the sea shells.

The cabin was beautifully clean and comfortable! It was very comfortable and we loved being able to go there with out pooches! The beach is beautiful and we spent night by the fire pit behind the cabin. It's in a great location right between Manistee and Ludington. The hosts were so kind and responsive. They even left us a little coffee cake on arrival! Definitely want to book again!

Beautiful rural cabin, spotless and fresh smelling. Obviously well cared for. As described Lake access was across the dirt road from the property but well communicated. The lake view from there is spectacular. We didn’t attempt the 94 starts down the bluff but they are updated and well built. Manistee is a convenient drive to restaurants and beaches. Lovely atay. Highly recommend

The cabin and property were exactly as described and included everything you needed to have a wonderful experience there. I can’t say enough about the views. From the peaceful Pines in the backyard to sitting on the deck in the front yard to walking on the beach or watching the sunset on Lake Michigan. The views were stunning. The hosts were very responsive with any questions we had. I would highly recommend this property!

This was an amazing experience/stay for my husband, myself and our dog! The cabin is perfect, with the backyard literally backed up to an awesome forest of pine trees, complete with fire pit, charcoal grill, picnic table and bench on the patio. Peace and quiet at its best! A short walk to the high bluff with amazing views of Lake Michigan where we sat and watched the most beautiful sunsets. There is a flight of stairs that leads directly to the beach and magical lapping waves. During our stay in the middle of September, we had the entire coast of beach to ourselves. It was a perfect retreat, and we can't wait to return! Thank you Kent and Pam for sharing your piece of God's paradise on Earth!

We loved our stay at the cabin! It took us back to a slower and more intentional time together. The short walk across the street to the beach was incredible! The secluded beach was incredible and made me reflect on the Goodness of our Lord! What an incredible trip! We hope to be back to enjoy this beautiful piece of creation!

Little Bear is everything you could want and more. My husband and I took our four legged son up for a long weekend. We wanted peace, quiet and the beach… and we got even more than that. Cabin is perfect sized, has so much included plus little thoughtful touches. We’ve never taken our dog on a vacation with us and to say he had a blast is an understatement. We can’t say enough about the views (from the cabin and from the dune overlooking the lake) and to have our own personal beach front was just the icing on the cake. Yes, there are a lot of steps to the beach but look at it as your exercise for the day. Plus, the lake access is worth it! We literally have nothing to critique. It is exactly as listed and more. 100/10 would recommend.

Little Bear is situated in a pine forest - very provided and secluded. It is also located across the road from Big Bear lake house (which we also own) - just a few hundred yards away. Renters of Little Bear are provided access to the dune and yard at Big Bear overlooking Lake Michigan. Watch the beautiful sunsets over Lake Michigan or just hang out and enjoy the yard and dune.
