The house was perfect. Location close to everything we were hoping for. Lots of room and comfortable beds and furniture. The kitchen was well equipped. The ONLY thing we found not ok was the little rock area beside the parking space was being used as a kitty bathroom and smelled bad .

The inside was very comfortable for six people for a short stay. Nice decor and comfortable furniture. Everything was new and clean. Some improvement needed in kitchen items. Layout is really useable. Outside needs work. Brick fence really needs to be replaced as it is falling apart. Dog gates would greatly improve pet friendliness. We had to rig our own to make sure they couldn't run out the garage when it was opened There was no gas in grill and we were told to get our own and leave a full tank. What? "Heated" pool wasn't. While neighborhood is modest, nearness to strip was ideal. Grocery store very close too. Hopefully the improvements will continue at the property. It has a lot of potential and they have a good start.

Well, when we walked in at first glance it was great but then we felt the NOT HEATED pool it was 52 degrees. I contacted the host and she quickly replied.... the pool is heated ONLY if you request it to be 48 hours prior to your arrival and you pay 350 for 5 days of having it heated. The grill was completely empty of propane, again I reached out and she replied that it is not her responsibility to fill or keep the tank filled. Ya so who checks the tank at any rental that shows a grill to see the tank is full or has any propane in it. There was 1 extra blanket for 3 bedrooms. There were lightbulbs out so we had to switch them so we could see properly in the one bathroom. The layout was nice, the size was good, and the house itself was good, but the pool and grill issues makes this a 2-star home as I feel she was not truthful to people that are paying her good money to stay and have the amenities that she has listed. I would not stay here again!
