Condo was very well stocked for our visit. It was nice to have coffee and tea and a few snacks available for us. Location was great. Walking distance to restaurants.

Awesome place to stay!!

Couldn’t have been more convenient to Scottsdale, the shops and the restaurants. The pool had a really relaxed vibe and temperature was perfect. The condo had all the extras we could need, towels, games, coffee, floats. Would recommend this to anyone wanting to check out Old Town. Thanks!

We enjoyed our stay overall. The building and grounds are all in need of some TLC, but every thing was tidy and clean.

So glad you enjoyed your stay. Yes, I agree about the grounds and that is happening as I type this. We are doing a major upgrade. The building is being painted now, new cool deck, new walkways so it will be like new!

Weekend Getaway to visit friends

An absolute gem of a place. Great location, very clean and organized. Easy access in and out. I love all the available amenities. Next time I stay in Scottsdale this location will be my first choice!

Would Stay there again

Condo was decorated very homey and warm. Easy access to pool on property. Location was awesome, safe neighborhood and walkable to most restaurants and bars. Kris was attentive to our needs and easily available with quick response to our questions and needs. Definitely will stay here again.

Perfect Location

On a quiet street with a nice common area and pool, this is a very comfortable home base. Restaurants, shops all within easy walking distance makes it one of the best locations we have had while visiting Old Town Scottsdale. Kris is a fabulous host, always checking in and making sure everything is going well and you are enjoying your stay. Highly recommended.

Old Town Scottsdale with Heated Pool

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely little condo. It was within walking distance of some great restaurants, grocery stores and old town Scottsdale. The condo was one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in! Unfortunately the weather was rainy and too cold to use the pool, but it looked beautifully kept and clean. We will most certainly be back!

We highly recommend this rental. The flat was clean, comfortable and well appointed without the clutter we sometimes see in rental properties. The washer/dryer was a nice convenience . The unit was well located; adjacent to the Arts District and close to most everything in Old Town Scottsdale. There was a dedicated parking space but we chose not to have a car for this trip. Uber and Lyft were very reasonable and were sufficient for our needs. Kris contacted us to check in and was very quick to respond to questions. I would absolutely stay here again for any future trips to Scottsdale!!
