Great house on Western Slope

We were fishing and floating the Lower Colorado River and this house was a great home base for our trip. Great place!

We are friendly, honest, reliable, and trustworthy people with a desire to help and meet others. Our favorite summer activity is waterskiing (water sports) and there are plenty of places to accommodate this nearby our home.

The VIEWS are unbeatable! From sunsets to sunrises, you will have 360 degree views of this amazing and picturesque valley nestled in the mountain landscape. There is not a bad view from the entire home and/or on the entire property! This home is peaceful, quiet, and comfortable. You will have plenty of room to sit, relax, enjoy...or even work if needed. This home is a best kept secret and in a must visit/see location...

Luxurious heated concrete floors, concrete banisters, railings, sinks and countertops. This home is lovingly maintained and super cozy. The bedrooms and rooms are vast and have comfortable beds and furniture. Our landscape and scenery is second to none.
