Beautiful home for our large family to stay in all together! Kitchen was perfectly stocked, bedrooms were spacious and bathrooms aplenty. Close to town and backyard is beautiful as well.

House was perfect and great location. Host was easy to communicate with and answered my questions. We fit 8 adults with no problem. The fire pit is a lovely bonus! Only thing I would have liked were better pillows or extra. Kitchen was also well appointed. Coffee was much appreciated!

Perfect for our group of 5 - 5 bedrooms and 4 baths. Bob, our host, was readily available. Quiet neighborhood. Easy drive into Newport. Well equipped kitchen. Beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the front porch & backyard patio. Highly recommend.

Amazing house

Beautiful, big house on nice street walkable to beach, shops and more. Smooth check in, plenty of parking, good communication and friendly hosts. Perfect for family or large groups. Highly recommend!

Perfect place to stay for wedding

We had a wonderful stay while we were in town for a wedding. Loved that all the rooms have king beds. It made it easy and comfortable for everyone! The place is well decorated and updated. We would definitely stay again when we are in town.

The property was perfect for our needs. Five large bedrooms with king beds. Big open kitchen with all that we might need and more. Large comfortable living room. Dining table big enough to accommodate all of us. Ample outdoor furniture in the back and on the big front porch. Adirondack style chairs. Everything was as described in the post. Owner was super friendly and responsive. If you want/need a large comfortable house close to town this is the place for you. Thank you!

Bob & Liz live nearby on Easton's Point, and Bob owns Custom House Coffee nearby, where you might find him roasting a batch of beans in the coffeehouse. Winner of Newport Life's "Best of Newport Hall of Fame" for winning Best Coffee 14 times. Stop by the shop for the best coffee in town!
Bob & Liz are high school sweethearts who have lived in Middletown since 1979. We love to host interesting people from all over, sharing our wonderful community with new visitors.

The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, yet it's close to everything, including beaches and restaurants. It's only a mile away from downtown Newport, yet the house is in a quiet neighborhood so you can escape from the hustle and bustle of downtown to your perfect sanctuary. This part of the neighborhood is surrounded on two sides by the beautiful campus of St. George's School. Lots of great outdoor space on the front porch and the rear terrace with a gas firepit. Fenced in back yard for perfect privacy.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Although both First (Easton's) and Second (Sachuest) Beaches are a few blocks away, the walk to Second Beach is through the grounds of St George's School, across the athletic fields and down a clear path to the beach. A scenic walk to the nicer beach of the two.
We designed this home as a vacation rental, with spacious king bedrooms with lots of closet space. The gourmet kitchen and big dining area are perfect for a sumptuous dinner of up to 10.
