The outside of this house appears deceptively ordinary; open the door, and the inside will WOW you. Bright with natural light, beautifully decorated, created to provide comfort and peace, with a lot of cute and quirky extra touches - the showers for example - you won’t find a better home for the price in the Asheville area. The hot tub was divine after a long day of hiking. Everything was spotlessly clean, and all that we needed was close at hand.
The beds were most comfortable and the master suite is gorgeous. I loved the view from the back of the house - a meadow full of long grass and wildflowers. Very quiet location close to a church, without any other houses extremely close.
There are plenty of towels and linens, but do bring some ground coffee if you want to brew a pot after the first morning. There’s a small tin of coffee in the kitchen with a note inviting guests to enjoy the first pot of coffee on the house. I had not brought coffee so the second morning, we went out for coffee but I wish I had just brought some I could have brewed at the house.
The owner answered immediately to every message and the check-in process was super easy. We will definitely be staying here again!
