Great Home Base for Area Adventures

Anniversary trip

The townhome was very clean, well stocked and close to the city park and town. The pool and hot tub were fantastic! Perfect temperatures and very clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

Base for visiting Antelope Canyon and Zion

This townhome was perfect for our group of 4 to come back to after visiting surrounding sites. Close proximity to grocery stores and restaurants was so convenient and the area was very peaceful and quiet. Scott was a perfect host who replied to our questions quickly. We would definitely come back and refer to our others.

Nice location for adventures

This was a great base camp for our adventures. We did a lot of hiking and off roading. There is a lot to do nearby (Sand Caves, for example) and further out (White Pocket, Kodachrome). And the drives to get places are lovely. The pool was nice and our rental had everything we needed for our week stay. We also found a really nice (and big) park close by for an extra playtime for the kids! Thank you to Scott for hosting this rental!

Best Base Camp Ever

The unit is walking distance to the grocery, to the Wave lottery site, to trailheads in the hills, the library, and most importantly, Escobar's. : ). Day trips to Zion, Bryce, Lake Powell, Horseshoe Bend, Kodachrome, and Coyote Buttes perfectly doable. Not only was the unit well-stocked in the kitchen and linen closet, but also information on activities in the area. Scott was super responsive and helpful. The availability of parking for additional cars was a bonus.

Fantastic rental

Scott has a very nice place and thought of extras - cooler for day trips , laundry available onsite if needed. Home is comfortable and quiet. We would stay here again. Highly recommend.

Perfect location to awesome hikes

The property was very clean and had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds, very well stocked kitchen and comfortable living room. The property is in an excellent location to go on unlimited hikes that we really enjoyed. Visitor center was very helpful in helping us find the perfect places to hike.

Perfect location and very comfortable

Clean, had everything we needed. Views were incredible. Perfect location to visit many parks and activities. The town is small, but had great little restaurants and an ice cream shop.

Great location and communication with owner

Besides not having the cleaning crew show up before we arrived, we liked this property alot. Scott was great to work with to get it figured out. Would recommend staying here.

Beautiful location

The apartment was very nice and conveniently located.We were able to go to Bryce Canyon, Zion and the north rim of the Grand Canyon.

Wonderful stay

Property had everything we needed to cook most nights. Was clean, in an excellent location, and the perfect size. Kanab is a lovely town. Big enough to have what you need, and small enough to be uncrowded. Would definitely stay again.

Great hub for enjoying Southern Utah’s wonders

This property was well managed and was perfect for what we needed for our busy vacation. The kitchen was well equipped with all we needed and the beds were very comfortable. Great location in Kanab to get to many things within walking distance, including restaurants as well as fabulous mountain trails.

A great time in a nice apartment

Hi Scott, it was great to stay in your apartment. The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and lots of room. The hot water was extremely hot which was fine for us but could be a problem for anyone with children. The hot tub was not working which was disappointing because we hiked and would have liked to soak our tired bodies. Thanks for a great experience. James

Great Place with an amazing view!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was located in the area that gave us the most access to many of the places we wanted to see! It was wonderful to come home to a place to relax after a day of hiking. We enjoyed the use of the pool and hot tub! The house was comfortable and the beds and pillows were amazing! Thanks for the great place to stay!

Great stay for first time VRBO

Easy to find. The house was nice and cool when we arrived. I had the code in advance so we could just walk in. Beds were comfortable , but it seemed like the Queen in the master bedroom was smaller than mine at home. I wondered if it's actually a full instead of a queen. The sliding bathroom doors don't lock very good (esp. downstairs). We loved having the pool & work out area. Smart TV was great. Oven cooks a little hot. Kitchen had all the stuff we needed. The clock in the picture was not on the wall. The only clocks in the house were in the kitchen on the stove & microwave. There were extra blankets, lots of towels, shampoo & soap in the bathrooms. I noticed a couple of things when we first arrived that I worried about being charged for (usage stains on couch), paint scratched upstairs, a couple of the dining room chairs minor need repairs. Over all we had a great stay. I would recommend it to others!
