Bonita Bay Heaven

We have been coming to Bonita Bay (where you want for nothing) for many years and have rented many properties. This location is ideal and everything was clean and ready for our arrival. However, it is a very sleepy unit and could use some freshening up. Outside of that, it was fine for our family and we had a wonderful week --as usual!

Great location and that is it

The only good things is the location, quite place. Old furniture, stained couch, ceiling fans covered in dust, no knifes in kitchen, we went to dollar store. Bed covers stained, closets full of owners junk, no room for clothes or suit case storage, rusty beach chairs, broken beach umbrella, guest bath shower drain plugged. Upon arrival master bed didn't have a fitted sheet on it. Great location in a great neighborhood, owners should be ashamed and hope they update/improve for others.

Was never cleaned

Vacasa relocated us due to place had never been cleaned from previous people. Terrible experience for arriving on xmas day. Looked like unit hat been idle for a long time.

Honeymoon was perfect

From check in to check out. This place was perfect. Wonderful place to relax and recharge after spending a day at the pool or the beach. The pool is directly across the parking lot and has a wonderful covered area to have a break from the sun if needed.

Terrible experience

This property was a nightmare for us. It started out with no internet for 3 days, it was dirty, the couch/pillows were grimy and stained. The floors were dirty, the carpets had dark, almost black, pathways. 1/2 the shower door was missing. The master bathroom smelled of mildew. Blankets from the closet were stained. the bed was worn out & lumpy. Bed pillows were yellowed & stained. The kitchen had so few items in it it was barely functional. The promised bikes were rusted out, with dry rot on the tires, not usable at all. The closets were stuffed with lots of leftover stuff so there was barely room for our things. The patio was cluttered and the patio furniture extraordinarily uncomfortable. THEN, on top of all that, there was construction noise (think jackhammer) for interspersed among 3+ days that reached 75+ decibels. It was UNBEARABLE! The worst thing is that the owners in the building were given notice of the construction noise back in October, so the owner of this unit could have relocated its pending rentals but did not. We finally were moved by Vacasa to a very nice house for the remainder of the stay. But it took multiple calls and countless hrs on the phone to resolve the various issues. The local Vacasa property manager was very helpful, she even bought some kitchen items for us (before the noise issue & made a positive impression on us, & found us the replacement rental. The people on the phones when you call their help lines were pretty worthless.

Guest bedrooms

Both beds are small and are not suitable for adults. We addressed with Vacasa and they refused to do anything about it (not surprising)

Tired Unit in Nice Area

Everything was clean and technically functional but this unit is so tired it’s yawning. Two doors broke so they replaced them with curtains. The TVs are so old they aren’t smart. Not a huge deal but noticeable. This was an expensive place. I expect more for top dollar.

Great location and experience, but a bit dated.

This is a fine, clean condo in a terrific, private development. Great tennis courts, pool, and walking paths. VERY secure. Fantastic management. The furnishings and overall condition of the condo needs updating and I have been informed that this is planned for the near future.

Wonderful Vacation

We loved having two bikes to ride through the beautiful neighborhood. We enjoyed going to the pool. We were able to find eight beaches open in Naples so that was nice too. It was great to have two chairs to take with us.

Displaced IAN Guests

The condo was in a good location close to the Trianon Hotel that has two great restaurants...Lake House Bar & Grill and Olde Florida Chop House we could walk or ride a bike to them which was perfect they have a safe walk /ride path!! The carpets and appliances need to be replaced smells like a pet or smoker.

broken door stay

master bedroom dresser drawer was sticky and dusty; shower door shattered on my husband not extra paper towels/toilet paper, rug in living room is slippery against tile floor, master bed not comfortable, only got 1-2 hrs sleep a nite

Something for everyone

The amenities are exceptional from the private beach accommodations to the semi private swimming pool. The grounds were really well maintained. Plush vegetation with flowering shrubs and grasses nicely trimmed. Loved our stay.

Perfect Getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed the serene setting of this facility and its proximity to anything you needed to get or wanted to do. Also, the pool, hot tub and tennis courts provided plenty to do onsite. The best feature of the stay was the availability and access to the private beach area located within a 10 minute drive from the unit and featured reserved parking spots, a beautiful picnic/party deck area, dedicated bathrooms and plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas for the beach. We enjoyed every minute of our stay!

Nice area, Listing/Instructions Needs Updating

The condo was ok and in a good area. We had an issue using beach shuttle as we were told we needed a shuttle/ beach pass which was not indicated in any instructions that were left for us. We also drove to beach but we were not allowed to park there which was not clear in any communication. The instruction manual left needs updating. It is not specific to the property. Having the shuttle is great but make sure you have a pass!

Beautiful property

We had a great time. Alittle disappointed in the carpet in the bedrooms that were very dirty and felt there could be more seating on the porch. The shuttle to the beach was amazing

Fun getaway!

The unit was clean, well-decorated and updated. Short walk to the pool and tennis courts, with lots of nearby walking paths to explore. The kitchen was really well-stocked with cooking utensils, etc., which made meals and packing coolers for the beach a breeze. The complex is a bit far from the beach and other attractions, but not too bad of a drive. Overall a fun and comfortable stay!

Peaceful neighborhood

Beautiful quiet neighborhood perfect restful time away. Have spent many weeks per year in the Estero island, Bonita springs area, with the construction on the island this condo, allows quick access to restaurants and shopping. We will definitely look for availability for every upcoming trip!

Golf/Beach Get-Away

Very nice convenient location to everything. Walk to The Promenade, pool and tennis courts. Excellent private beach. Unit was very nice and updated. The only down-side was when the unit above took showers, it was very loud. Like the pipes were in the unit we were in.
