Our stay at Margo Lar was wonderful. The check in process was easy, property and unit were clean and communication with property owners was quick and easy. The views were breathtaking and decor impeccable. By far the best vacation and unit we have ever stayed in. We cannot wait to come back!

Great Stay!

We had the best week staying at this home. There was nothing that we did not have for our stay. Thoughtfully stocked with everything throughout the whole place. The easy access to the beach made our trip. We look forward to booking this for our next stay at the beach!

Excellent vacation home!

We loved staying at this beautiful home. It was the perfect getaway . The home had every thing you could need and more . Beautifully decorated with a homey feel. It was perfect for our family. The best part was being just steps away from the beach and the beautiful ocean view!

Wonderful Location!!!

This place is a little gem . It’s perfect , I love the parking just right outside the door. The view you can wake up to is breath taking . The decor is amazing!!! Love pretty much everything about it.

Awesome Vacation

Owner was so accommodating. Awesome property with direct beach access. Beach chairs and umbrellas provided with rental was so nice. Would definitely stay again. I can’t say enough about this property.

Perfect Getaway

House was probably the cleanest house we’ve stayed in for vacation. Very welcoming right when we walked in. The host goes above and beyond making you feel welcomed. Loved that the beach was right at the back door and the pool/hot tub was right out the front door.

Beautiful decor, comfortable furniture, well stocked kitchen, and useful beach accessories. Although we had to cut our vacation short due to Hurricane Michael, we loved our time spent at this well appointed townhouse.

FANTASTIC home away from home.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Monica and Jim! Their beach home is absolutely stunning and the location is PERFECT. This was my little ones first time at the beach and they made it so memorable. We cannot wait to come back next year!!!!

Great beach condo!

We had a wonderful stay at Largo Mar condo. Beachfront location was beautiful, especially watching the sunsets each evening. Condo was spotless, well appointed, and beautifully decorated. Beds were very comfortable. We very much appreciated the food and drink items supplied by the owners. Definitely highly recommend this rental!

This vacation was wonderful! The property was even more beautiful in person. It was so well stocked in every area (kitchen, linens, pillows, board games). Best place at PCB so far!

We have been coming to PCB every year for about 10 years and have stayed in a lot of different places.. This place was the nicest we have stayed in! The place is beautifully decorated and has everything you could ever need. The gifts and treats were so thoughtful and very much appreciated. It’s also on the quieter end of the beach which is perfect for our older group.. We plan on coming back next year!

Perfection!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Monica spoils you with treats right when you walk in, even my husband was impressed. The location is incredible! Restaurants and grocery stores are close by. The townhouse is exquisitely decorated! You can even walk down the beach to Schooners and grab a bite. We will definitely be back!

Best family vacation!

Sea Oats at Largo Mar was fantastic! Super clean, beautifully decorated and the beach was at our back door! Sand toys, beach chairs and umbrella at the unit were appreciated! Loved the location and amenities close by. Monica was very responsive to email and text leading up to and during our stay. She is a gracious host. We will definitely be back!

I am IN LOVE with this condo on the beach! The place was immaculate. and when you open the sliding glass doors and can step out onto the soft, white sand to the ocean.... or just sit on the back patio and listen to the sounds of the ocean.... its a piece of heaven in Panama City Beach

We purchased this property knowing that this is where we will retire. In the mean time, we want to create wonderful memories with our 4 children and eventually have our grandchildren come and visit with us.

This is a low-density complex that sits right on the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. You will meet people here who vacationed as children and are now bringing their own children to create more memories. There is nothing better than that:)

Our 3 bedroom, 3 level unit sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Each floor has a spectacular view of the ocean. This is the ultimate in beach vacationing...no waiting for elevators or forgetting something and having to go "all the way back up". We even had a custom window (head-height) put in the master shower overlooking the ocean...it's fun!
