spring break

The house was gorgeous and very spacious. We loved the private porch and the beach wasn't crowded. There is a pool advertised, but we were not able to find it. We also ran out of toilet paper after two days. There is no dish soap, sponges, salt or pepper. The kitchen is equipped with anything you would need to make dinner. Overall, we had a great time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo is in one of the best locations to access the beach. Lots of construction going on around you with renovating the other condos. Parking is very tough. Beds and sofas need replacing, no cushions in them. Master toilet had an issue flushing every time used. Floor could use a mopping as well. Inlet Beach is a great area, not as crowded as other areas in PCB.

Nice place but AC does not work consistently

Make sure you ask if the AC unit has been replaced or updated before you book! It was a nice property but by early afternoon the temperature in the unit was up to 78 degrees. The property management team was easy to communicate with and after 3 calls they sent a repairman who admitted it couldn’t be fixed without replacing the whole unit. Luckily he showed us how to reset the compressor which my husband had to do at least once per day throughout the rest of the week. They did bring some fans, but with temperatures in the upper 90’s they weren’t very helpful.

Loved it

One of the nicest condos we’ve stayed at in Sunnyside. The beds were super comfortable. We had enough toilet paper etc that lasted the whole stay. Everything was clean and decor was nice and up to date.

PCB-Our Happy Place

We really enjoyed the house. It is clean and spacious. We wished there was more seating in the living room. For a house that sleeps 8 there is only seating for 5 in the living room. But that’s not a terrible problem when you’re at the beach.

Family Vacation

On the Beach Townhome

Updated townhome, great balcony’s overlooking the beach. Comfortable accommodations with basics for cooking at home with pots, pans & cookware. Mgmt company very responsive & easy to communicate with. Great set up for adult couples each bedroom has a full bath. Wish the TV’s were SMART so we could stream… but good cable selection available. WiFi strong enough to support working remotely. Great location, far west side of PCB, only 10 minute drive to Rosemary. 25 minute drive to ECP airport. Grocery stores / CVS within a mile of the townhouse.

Great end of the summer

Stayed in another unit 2 years ago. This unit was laid out much better. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 1 18 month old child. Will be renting again.

Better Than the Pictures

This is an awesome property! Better than expected. It’s right on the beach. Plenty of room and very nicely decorated! It’s been updated and has everything you need. The check in process was so easy. The experience was great and we will be back!!!

Location!

We have stayed in this unit for three years because of the location. It's on the beach and usually not busy. We had an issue with the air conditioner the first night (it was blowing hot air) but we couldn't get ahold of anyone once we checked in. I reset the breaker the next morning and the air became cold. The only real sad thing was "June Grass" which is apparently " a thing" in Fl. It was the first time we have ever seen it and it's gross (to me). I don't like getting in the ocean with all that gross stuff, but there were a few days in the morning there wasn't any around our location. Other than that, the unit it nice and the perfect location for our family with small children.

Great place to stay!

This is our second year staying at this property with another family with young kids. It’s a great location close to things to do or perfect for spending the whole day at the beach. Property stocked with essentials and clean. One thing we sorely missed this year is a vacuum (last year there was one) so we can keep the condo clean while we stayed. A short broom and pan doesn’t cut it for a beach condo when you are battling sand. Other than that, we love the condo and hope to come back again!

Peaceful Retreat

Exactly as described. Spectacular views during the day and especially at sunset. A quiet haven lending itself to a peaceful, relaxing retreat. Exceptional cleanliness. Furnishings very comfortable. Would book this property again.

Fun at the beach

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we enjoyed our stay. The inside of the townhome is very nice and has been nicely decorated and is comfortable. Most everything we needed was there. The outside of complex appears to be pretty old and weathered. The parking situation is less than ideal and nerve-wracking driving into. We weren't sure we would clear the ceiling and I'm sure there are some vehicles that can't. We were disappointed with the furnishings on the patio. Table was very uncomfortable and seats were very small. My 6'3 husband could barely fit in the chair. We weren't able to enjoy the patio at all. Access to the beach was great and wasn't overly crowded at all. The ice machine downstairs has a leak and the whole garage was soaked. No one notified us so I called about it. Maintenance told us to just turn it off. It was not fixed while we were there so we weren't able to use that for our coolers which would have been nice.
