Outstanding Property & Great for Kids!

We loved this property, it was perfect for our kids and had everything we needed. The kitchen was great to have for quick meals and the restaurants were just one floor down for sit down meals. The pools were great and the kids loved the game room, bowling alley, movie theater, mini golf and the various sports courts. An excellent property for a family vacation; I highly recommend it!

Adirondack get away!

The quick trip to Lake Placid was perfect! Our room was beautiful and spacious! They think of everything at the White Face Lodge - chocolate chip cookies, bathrobes, slippers, Adirondack decor! This is the absolute best place to take your kids. They were entertained from swim up until sun down. From a delicious breakfast buffet to basketball, pickleball, swimming, ice cream parlor and a movie theater! We had the best trip and cannot wait to go back!

We’ll be back!

Excellent room, just as described. Room was not ready at check in time and the heat in the three season room was not working which made the room extremely cold as temps were in the single digits. We asked for maintenance to come check it out and no one ever showed up which was our only disappointment.

Amazing

We enjoyed this suite so much we will be booking again for next year. There are so many activities inside the lodge as well as in Lake Placid. We skied, played ice hockey, saw the Olympic center and ski jump, and even shopped.. perfect stay for all

Perfect spot

The property was great and there were so many great activities and wonderful local places to eat. We did lots of hiking and the kids loved the game room and pool!

Whiteface Lodge - lodge and booking were a great experience

Piece of cake to register through VRBO. Owner was extremely responsive and helpful and the lodge is a great place to spend time with family/friends!

October Stay

Whiteface and our room were in great shape and clean. We have been going up to Lake Placid for years and staying at Whiteface Lodge. This room, suite 329 was the best one that we have stayed in. We really enjoyed our trip and look to coming back next year. Tim has been great to work with and very helpful. I'll be looking to work with him again in the future.

Anniversary getaway

I have rented the 3 bedroom grand lodge suite several times and it’s perfect for the kids and adults to have their own rooms/ space! We recently stayed and had the grandparents stay with us for their anniversary and they loved it as well! Room is very clean and spacious/ spa sanctuary was open as well as the game room/ bowling alley. Of course the kids favorite part is the outdoor year round heated pool. Looking forward to booking again soon ! Tim is an excellent host to rent from! Highly recommend!

Beautiful Property

The Whiteface Lodge is amazing! Our suite was perfect and we really enjoyed our stay. The heated indoor/outdoor pool and hot tubs were spectacular! The property was a little understaffed, but it did not impact the quality of our stay.

Although some amenities were closed due to Covid it was a excellent trip up to Lake Placid. .Warm and friendly staff. Owner was very quick to get back to me on request.

Great condo. Clean and extremely comfortable.

Loved the property. Only wish we would have had more time to enjoy the amenities. My son was racing at Easterns at Whiteface so we were gone all day. It was nice to come back to such Comfort. I truly appreciated not having to schlep to the car snd clear off the snow. Heated garage is a great thing!

The Gift of Time

This stay at Whiteface Lodge was our Christmas,"Gift of Time" to our grandchildren this year! With so many amenities available(swimming, skating, bowling, movies) we never had to leave and with ages between 18-8 there was something for everyone to do! The three bedroom lodge was a perfect accommodation for our family, especially with the four season room which added extra space. The Lodge itself was beautifully decorated for the season and the staff more then accommodating! Would definitely highly recommend this to anyone wanting to give the "Gift of Time"!

Amazing location, space, experience

I almost didn't write the review because I'd like to keep the rental to ourselves. Two floors, 3 bathrooms, 3 big bedrooms, 2 fireplaces, full kitchen and bathroom. Everything is simply great and the location within the main lodge is terrific. And Tim was great to work with on all the arrangements. My only suggestion is bringing some of your own food and not relying on the restaurants at Whiteface. They're fine in a pinch but they're expensive and food is not great. If you're looking for a high-quality, spacious, well-equipped rental this is absolutely the place. I'd stay here again without hesitation.

The Whiteface Lodge is the only Lake Placid property in my exclusive portfolio because when I am visiting Lake Placid there is nowhere else I would rather stay! I am an owner here at this property too. I am renting a Junior Suite, multiple 1, 2 and 3 Bedroom Suites, and two separate 3 Bedroom Grand Lodge Suites at this property.

My calendar and rates are updated daily, and I will respond to your inquiry and work with you through the entire booking process.

Because it's Awesome! If you are looking for more than just a room to lie your head down, this property has all the amenities to pamper you and your family. You can fill your entire day with everything from swimming in the pools and hot tubs to playing in the game room, watching a movie in the theater, to treating yourself to a spa treatment or taking a quick trip down to the guest only Canoe "Beach" Club. I love bringing my family here, but I also like treating my friends. The property is great for couples and large groups too. We love getting together here and each time we do it is a very special experience.
