Check in process with Vacasa was miserable. Sent us incorrect access codes, and had to wait on hold standing outside the unit for a while to get the correct code from someone who was nowhere local. Really pretty unacceptable. My second bad experience with them as a property manager to the point where I'm reluctant to book another property they manage.
The unit itself was very nice and modern, with some asterisks. No "real" coffee maker, just a keurig. In this day and age, just have a drip coffee maker and some filters in the unit. Also worth mentioning, the second bed is basically in the middle of the kitchen / living room with no privacy, you'll need to decide if that matters to you, it didn't for us because there were just two of us. But, the unit itself was extremely nice, clean, and more "high end" than most that I've stayed in otherwise.
It is right at the end of the main street in downtown Estes park, so location was great. Parking is in the parking lot behind the unit, so it's a little bit more of an effort to get all your stuff from the car, up the stairs or elevator to the unit and back.
All said and done, I'd come back, with the asterisk about the Property Management.
