VHR # 6170 Our beautiful 8 units are nestled on the tranquil banks of Fall River and located at the west end of downtown, Riverpointe offers a unique combination of serene river-front beauty and convenient town access. Book one or more units for family renunions, corportrate retreats, or a romanic getaway. Units 1 and 2 are animal friendly, max 2 with a $30 fee per animal per stay.

Unwind to the sights and sounds of the river as you enjoy morning coffee on the stream-side patio. Skip the hassle of parking and take a delightful 5 minute stroll along the popular Riverwalk path into town to enjoy shopping or dining. These charming 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath, 2-level condos have been fully remodeled in a tasteful, mountain-modern style and promise an unforgettable vacation for couples, friends, or families seeking relaxation and adventure amidst breathtaking mountain scenery.

** Because of the close proximity to the river, it should be noted that this property may not be suitable for families with small children. Care should be taken and awareness of surroundings and river conditions are strongly recommended at all times. There are outside cameras only. We reserve the right to cancel at any time.

Very clean, updated, comfortable, beautiful property within walking distance of downtown and riverwalk. It’s obvious that attention to detail and cleanliness is important to the owner. Gorgeous views from all windows. We were more than pleased with this property and will definitely return again.

Perfect spot

Lovely little river!

Cute place with just enough space. We really enjoyed hanging out on the back patio and watching the river. It was super relaxing. It is also close enough to downtown that you can walk.

Great trip

The unit was spotless and exactly as described—no surprises at all. The property was peaceful, making for a relaxing stay. We visited over the 4th of July weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better location. The surrounding area is absolutely beautiful.

Great vacation spot close to downtown

We stayed for four nights and loved every bit of it! Great location, walking distance to everything downtown and a 5 minute drive from most things in Estes. The condo was very clean and had every amenity that we needed. If you're lucky you may even have some special (elk) visitors at your door!

Great location

This was a great place to stay. It’s a short walk from downtown and a 10 minute drive into the park, which was ideal for us since we were hiking. The little river behind it is beautiful and filled with elk. The beds are comfy and the kitchen is stocked well. One thing to note, there is no kitchen table (just a small counter with 2 stools), but there is a 4-person patio table which works pretty well in nice weather. We would definitely stay here again.

My all time favorite in Estes Park

Impeccably clean, beautifully renovated and furnished modern-Colorado-style condo along the Fall River. We enjoyed staying here so much and hearing the rushing river while enjoying the patio. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Just a stone’s throw from the shops on the Main Street too. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

The condo was lovely! It was clean , and stocked with regular items like silverware, dishes etc. Very easy to walk to downtown Estes Park, fabulous considering the hassle and price of parking. Wish we could’ve gotten standard TV channels, and it was a little difficult to find, cause it’s right on the river; with no signage on the street. But Pic is spot on and we thoroughly enjoyed literally being able to sit and have the river flowing by. I also very much enjoyed the book on the coffee table, loved the stories! And the electric fireplace! I travel a lot but I will definitely book again!

Great place within walking distance to shops

This is the perfect location to visit Estes park. Just a few minutes drive to RMNP, and walking distance to shops and restaurants. It is so peaceful walking the path by the river. Perfect little dog area nearby for our dog. I would definitely stay here again.

Stay was good overall but owners were not very responsive to our communications prior to check in or after arrival and info provided via VRBO app was outdated. Location was good but pictures give you the impression that you are more secluded than you really are with a fair amount of noise from neighboring unit. Unit inside was up to date and almost new which it s BIG plus.

Great Stay in Estes Park

My family and i really loved this property and would gladly stay again. The condo was very cozy and clean and you can tell the host takes extra steps to make guests feel at home. Communication was great, I received emails about check in and what to expect a few days before arrival so never had to ask any questions or follow up. Overall a great place, would highly recommend!

Mother's Day getaway

Perfect location for my son and I to get away with the dog. We could walk to town easily. Short drive to the park entrance. I was pleasantly surprised how nice our condo was. Perfect set up and was stocked with everything we could have needed for our stay. Thank you and we will be back.

Calm on the river

My stay here was fabulous. The condo was absolutely immaculate, the bed I slept in was gloriously comfortable, and the river that runs right behind the property provides the most lovely water sounds. The location is tucked back away from the road which makes it more peaceful and further enhanced a lovely experience with numerous walks along the river.
