The open living area where you'll notice the comfortable Queen sleeper sofa, fireplace , flat screen TV. The kitchenette is perfect for easy meal preparation. You'll find a downstairs bathroom with shower adjacent to the living room. The Master suite upstairs features a Queen size bed, flat screen TV, Air conditioner and private full bathroom tub/shower combination.

This lovely condo accommodates up to 4 people and will be your perfect mountain home away from home! The shared pool, and fire pit are open Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend.

Rocky Mountain National Park will implement another pilot temporary timed entry permit reservation system from May 22 through October 19, 2026. If you plan on visiting Rocky Mountain National Park during your stay please visit their website for details about reservations.

It was a nice place, worked well for my husband & I, it was a bit further for town than I thought it would be. My fault as I probably didn’t check the distance. We did enjoy our stay.

From the moment we pulled into the parking lot, the serenity of the mountains, engaged us. We walked into the condo and were instantly greeted with the feeling of home. It was within easy access of everything including Estes Park & Rocky Mountain National Park everything felt serene, calm, and beautiful a great experience we hope to be back again someday.

Such a great location for visiting RMNP, with Lily Lake trails just a few miles down the road and the Beaver Meadows entrance about 10 minutes away. Downtown Estes Park is also about 10 minutes away. The clean and comfortable condo offers views of mountains and we had everything we needed to cook simple meals and relax after a busy day of park exploring. The heated pool and hot tub are conviently right next to the condo. But there was never too much noise. Having both an upstairs and a downstairs bathroom was a plus! Plenty of parking right next to the unit.

Great base camp for exploring RMNP

We enjoyed this convenient and comfortable condo. Located near Estes Park and close to Rocky Mountain NP entrance, but far enough away from the hubbub to be relaxing. Features a master bathroom and a shower downstairs, so easy to get a family ready for early morning hikes. Overall a great place to stay. to get wveryone ready

Enjoyed our stay

Beautiful property! We swam in the pool with a mountains background. The downstairs with the pullout couch was a bit cramped when we had the bed out. Not too bad for 2 small children but might be a bit too small for an older family.

Perfect mountain accomodations

Well-kept mountain condominium in Estes Park. Has all the amenities you need for a vacation rental. Easy access to facility and minutes from downtown Estes Park. Property manager very considerate and easy to get ahold of. Totally recommend!

Master bedroom had AC unit over bed was not my favorite, dont like air blowing on me while sleeping , not enought towels in bathrooms , pool was old and needed some cleaning around it but otherwise not bad place to stay would stay in that area again just not samsame unit

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!!! The unit was perfect for myself and my guests. Kitchen is fine for usual meal preparation. My guests reported the fold out sofa bed was plenty comfortable. The location is ideal for those wanting to explore RMNP without dealing with the downtown Estes Park traffic. But very quick and easy to get downtown when we wanted to explore there. The host was by far the most responsive of any vacation rental I have ever been at. The overall experience was WONDERFUL!!

Beautiful

The property was perfect for our weekend get away. We came in october and the elk were around town. One herd frequented the meadow below the property and we herd the bugling and cows all night and day. Only problem was it wasnt long enough😁

Overall a nice stay. Location and communication with host great. Beds aren’t the most comfortable and the carpet is dingy. The mattress pads don’t look clean and upon check out guest are asked to take sheets off but not mattress pads or pillow shams which leads me to wonder if the mattress pads and shams get washed. Towels and wash clothes are limited for 3 of us. We got 4 bath towels and 4 washcloths for a 3 night stay plus some looked stained.Kitchen area clean though.

Very nice! Clean and comfy. Strange noise the second night kept us awake. Want there first or last night. Like a bird and babies. In ceiling. AC took care of sound. Everything else was very nice.
