2018年に完全に改装されたこの4ベッドルームオーシャンフロントコンドミニアムには、3つのキングベ��ドに加えて、新しい豪華なツインXLベッドが備わっています！コンドミニアムは、寝室と寝室のバルコニーから海を一望できます。チャールストンオーシャンフロントヴィラは、センターセントのレストランやショップからわずか1/2ブロックに位置しています。フォリーのすべての楽しみはわずか徒歩です！

このユニットは1階にあるため、敷地内に2つのエレベーターがありますが、階段を利用して簡単かつ迅速にアクセスできます。 4つの寝室すべてにテレビがあり、2つの部屋にケーブルのある巣穴があり、他のすべてにはRokuテレビがあります。充実したキッチンには、御影石のカウンターと真新しいステンレス製の電気器具があります。

Relaxing Beach Trip

This was a great rental for our family of 6 adults. Very spacious with plenty of seating in the common areas. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. The king & queen sized beds were comfortable. Everything was very clean. The balcony overlooking the ocean was perfect! We would definitely rent here again.

Girl's Getaway

The property was nice and the location was great. Everything inside was clean. Staff was responsive. Location was close to restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Beach was beautiful. Issues: TV/Cable service didn’t work even after staff tried to figureit out. Construction was literally next door so our view was obstructed by a scaffold and large machinery was parked below our balcony. Outside balcony area was dusty probably from construction.

Good stay but...

The condo was in a great location and was nicely appointed. The host provided everything you could need in the kitchen. The only complaint was the ongoing construction. It was noisy beginning at 8 a.m. and was constant throughout the day as you would imagine with construction. One evening we came in from being out all day and the condo smelled very strongly like fresh paint which I am assuming came from the exterior work being done on our end of the condos. The elevator on our end was shut down due to construction so it created more of a challenge to get our luggage and other items to where we were staying. Overall, the place was nice. It was in a good location that was easy to get to and had plenty of amenities. We'd definitely be willing to stay again after construction is complete.

Not what we expected

We are not happy with our stay or experience We brought our mother who has trouble walking because we thought you had working elevators. It was not a relaxing vacation due to construction going on right outside of our balcony that we were not expecting. We had to use towels to soak up water from the ac unit drip pan so it would not overflow and cause the ac not to work properly. We had to call maintenance to remove a dead rat directly below our balcony. TV’s didn’t work, they did bring a new tv for the living room but none of the bedrooms had a working tv. Poor internet service, wifi was in and out. On our last day there, someone set off the fire alarm. This caused the only working elevator to be shut off. We witnessed the fire department having to come out and carry an elderly man in his wheelchair up 4 flights of stairs to his villa because he had been sitting outside for over an hour waiting for the elevator to be repaired.It’s very disheartening to pay so much money(5000.00) and not be able to enjoy our vacation and relax.

Great size for large groups, awesome location

We loved the space, everyone had a comfortable bed and 3 bathrooms made getting ready very easy. Right on the beach and a short walk to center street in Folly or an Uber away from downtown Charleston. Great quality amenities too!

Great stay

Property location was within walking distance to restaurants and shops which we walked to almost daily. The villa was clean and had all modern amenities. We will definitely return!

Exactly as Advertised

This property was perfect for our family of 7. Easy Beach access, very clean, and lots of walkable restaurants and shopping. Short drive to lots of Charleston attractions. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice Apartment

we really enjoyed our stay . The management company was excellent and communicated well. The apartment is newly renovated and well kept. The location is right on the beach and walkable to all restaurants on Folly.

Relaxing Stay

We were looking for something right on the beach, and this unit is certainly that. Sleeping with the sound of the ocean was truly a relaxing stay. We enjoyed the proximity to town, easy walking distance, as well as the ease with getting into Charleston. The condo was very well decorated and very large. We found it clean and comfortable, all of which provided a very enjoyable visit.

Girls Gone Wild

Loved the location. The price was right too. We would like to come back again. Although it was too cold and windy during our April trip, the beach was absolutely beautiful there. We enjoyed the downtown Charleston activities. Owner was very nice and helpful.

A Great Week at Folly Beach

We have stayed many times at Unit 106 over the past ten years. There have been recent upgrades which enhanced our stay even more. The location is perfect and this unit has everything we need for a great family week at the beach. Having a beach that is not crowded, along with two pools and all that this unit has to offer, this unit at Charleston Oceanfront Villas has long been my family's favorite vacation destination.

Location, location, location!

Our family of six (5 adults, 1 child) recently enjoyed a fabulous week staying in this beautifully appointed, wonderfully situated condo. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. The kitchen/dining/ living area was ample. The ease of being directly on the beach was wonderful, but having two pools was also greatly enjoyed. We also enjoyed several nearby (walking distance) restaurants. All amenities made for the perfect beach vacation.
