This was our second stay and we could not have been happier. We were super depressed to go home this was the perfect size for my myself, my husband and our 9 year old. The lake is awesome, the neighbors are awesome, 10/10 all around

Great Spot Close to Weirs

Walking distance to Weirs Beach. Quiet and very clean. Easy in and out. Great view and perfect for my weekend getaway. Highly recommend.

Perfect place!

This was a perfect place for us to stay at Laconia bike week. Everything is so close, everyone is very friendly. We had a blast on our deck by the water just enjoying ourself + few friends that stop by to have a beer or two. Wally thank you for sharing our place with us.

Very nice, close to everything in Laconia and around!!

This studio has everything you need for a comfortable stay (more than was listed in the description.) Communication with Wally was fast and easy. The location is great for those who like all of the fun Laconia can offer(Weirs beach is 3 min walk away in addition to a semi-private beach on property), but for us, who usually prefer more secluded atmosphere, it worked as well! Thanks!!

Charming, Clean, Perfection, Will Rent Again!!!

My boyfriend and I went up for Columbus Day Weekend 2014. Loved every minute of the stay. Everything was amazing. The place was perfection. The picture reflect the property as is. There is a very nice little private beach area, and the view of the water is great. Everything was close by and the Sandwich Fair was a great take that weekend. Owner was very accommodating to our needs and keeps in good contact about the rental. Cannot wait to rent again!

Perfect lakeside stay

This unit was clean and cozy and had everything you need. A great spot for exploring the lake, mountains and countryside. Wally was easy to reach, responsive, and helpful when we forgot something after checkout.

Tiny

Place is extremely small. The ceiling is very low I’m 6’2in I was barely not scraping my head. Parking is terrible you have to back out onto a busy street to get out. There is nowhere to turn around. I wouldn’t recommend more than one person staying here. The grounds are very nice. Stairs down to the beach nice view from the room.

Great location - walking distance form Weirs beach and a step away from the Naswa Beach Bar. Has a nice little beach.

Did NOT want to leave

I absolutely love Lake Winnipesaukee and this Vrbo is a gem. We’ve stayed at a few places in the area and this one is our new favorite. The condo isn’t huge but it was perfect for my small family of 3. We thought it was nice and cozy.. the kitchen was a great size. The view is awesome, the beach is much bigger than I expected, we had fun meeting the neighbors… The location is great- we always stay on Paugus Bay but never right next door to the Naswa. We liked the music and that we were able to walk over and get food to go. The Drive-in in and Kellerhaus were just 5 mins away. My family and I miss it already! We’d go back asap if we can. Can’t wait to book this another time.

We loved to room

The room wasn’t ready when we got there. Buy that was fine we went for lunch and came back an hour later. Overall the room was very clean and had everything we needed. It was a cute had little beach. And we enjoyed our time.

Perfect location, loved our stay!!!

Wally’s place is in the perfect location and has a great view of the lake - loved the beach access as well as the side patio for having coffee in the morning, a cocktail at night or even a cookout, wish we had more time there! The unit had everything you could need (full size fridge, stove/oven, microwave, utensils, keurig coffee maker etc). Great use of a small space and not only very comfortable but extremely clean as well. Wally was great to communicate with and the entire process was a breeze, highly recommended and hope to stay again in the future:)

Will be booking again

Had a great experience. Stayed 2 nights and immediately made friends with neighbors, which made our overall stay so much more fun. Mike took us out on the boat and the kids had a blast. Room was small, but perfect for my son, daughter and I. I really enjoyed the private beach and 4min drive to Weirs Beach. Definitely recommend Pizza from Sal’s up the road. Can’t wait to come back to Wally’s!

Bike Week!

Great location for walking to town. Everyone here at this small condo complex was awesome! Parking was a little tricky due to us having 2 bikes, truck and trailer, but everyone chipped in and made it work. We loved it, and the lake view and location were beautiful! Thanks everyone!

Awesome!

Have been vacationing at the lake for over 40 years. Normal arrangements didn’t work out this year and we found Wally’s place. First time using VRBO and Wally made the experience very positive. Great location, steps from the lake, private beach area, the room was clean and exactly as described. The deck was great for BBQ every night. Thank you very much Wally, we will be back!

Great place.

You can see that a lot of work and time has been put into the property. The owner was attentive to any questions I had and friendly. The property has its own sandy beach for guests as well.

Excellent water from property

This is a great place to stay if you want to be right on the water! Space is clean with an excellent, fully stocked kitchen. Bed and furniture very comfortable, neighbors are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the owner was a breeze to work with. Only negative is that the wifi is pretty poor, so come prepared with books or games and don’t plan to do any remote work. Otherwise it’s a lovely base to relax!

This is a great place!

Wally gave clear communication and easy instructions. The place is great nice private beach next to a resort best of all worlds. The interior seems new full kitchen super comfy. Kayak 5 minutes from the private beach through the channel to weirs beach or you could literally walk. We biked all around the area and hiked up Belknap mountain all right there. A ton of restaurants and shops.
