Very clean condo and Gloria was terrific! Excellent location if going to a concert at Bank NH Pavilion. Barefoot Beach was a beautiful beach with stunning mountain views. Would definitely stay again!

Love Misty Harbor!

Great location. This unit is by the main road and although there is a bit of noise, getting to see the lake from the condo made up for it. The huge sofa worked well for our kids, one spread out on the bed and one preferred to use the end recliner. Also the complimentary shower toiletries were appreciated!

This was a great getaway spot for my husband and I to take a quick weekend trip! We came up for a concert, which was great as we were so close we walked over! Owner was wonderful and very responsive. We will definitely re book for the next lake trip or concert!

Gloria is a wonderful host and extremely helpful. She provided lots of information about the property and quickly responded to any messages. The unit was very clean and fully stocked with amenities. The location is excellent too, a short drive to the Weirs Beach area and the Bank of NH Pavilion can be accessed through a private path on the property. Definitely will stay again!

Uncomfortable

The bed is a Murphy bed and does not have great support and the couch is very uncomfortable and grungy. I literally stayed only one night if the three I paid for. The bathroom was not nice either and when shower it did not drain well so you end up standing in your own filth. I had high hopes and they were diminished pretty quickly. I probably would not have stayed even one night but after driving 4 hours I needed to try and get some rest. I move to hotel for the second two nights.

Last minute trip

This was a great place! The host Gloria was extremely kind and efficient. Thank you so much! Our family had an amazing time! The ease of checking in and out were great.We had a pretty view of lake and mountains and a private beach right across the street. Booked last minute for a concert at the Bank of Pavillion and was a 5 min walk to the venue! Wish we had booked for longer! We will definitely be back!

Hang out on the beach then walk to NH Bank Pavilion

Gloria's place was great for me and my wife. Hung out on the private beach and then went to a show at NH Bank Pavilion. Gloria was super easy to work with. Would stay here again.

Laconia Bike week

Emplacement super!Beau lac l’autre côté de la rue. Tout ce que nous avions besoin etaient inclus à l’intérieur! Super!Par contre La picine et le spa n’était pas en marchent.Le drain du bain était bloqué donc l’eau remontait à chaque douche…La salle de bain aurait besoin de rénovation. Mais je retournerais quand même pour l’emplacement.

Disappointed

Gloria was very nice and accommodating. However, the place was not as the pictures showed. The pictures must have been from when things were new. Couch has stains from people sitting on it. Carpets are stained. The bed coverlet was so stained and disgusting that we took it off the bed and put it underneath. The only thing that kept us there was that we arrived late from traveling and the sheets seemed clean, and this is a one-horse town in the fall. There was nothing open at that time. Don't believe the reviews about the cleanliness and save your money!!!

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was comfortable, clean, had everything you needed and was in a great location. We enjoyed walking across the street to the lake and up the hill to go the concert next door. We were also a short drive from Weirs Beach. We had great communication and hope to stay there again.

Great stay in Gilford for concert / Just book it!

Stayed in Gilford to see the Tedeschi Trucks Band at Meadowbrook. The place was perfect right across the street from the lake with a nice beach. Nice view and atmosphere from the deck. Place was well appointed with everything we needed. Gloria, was the ideal host. She went above and beyond for us, and we will always remember her kindness.

terrific location

You can't beat this location: directly across the street from the beach and within walking distance of the Ban of New Hampshire Pavilion. We enjoyed the beach view, which few of the units in this large condo complex have. It was hot, so we took advantage of the complex's private beach, which is well equipped with chairs and cook-out facilities. We were there for a concert and were thrilled to find that there is a short path from the back of the complex right to the front gate of the Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion. The host was friendly and helpful. The unit was clean, although the complex is older and could benefit from some updating. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful

Wonderful long holiday weekend. Great location. Central to everything without the crowds! Well maintained and cared for home. Everything you need is at hand. Wonderful hosts and easy to contact. We highly recommend this location!
