1階：エントランス、車椅子アクセス用の食器棚とウォークインシャワー付きの1ベッドルーム160 cmベッド。 90 cmのベッド2台と食器棚を備えた1ベッドルーム。 160 cmベッドと食器棚を備えた1ベッドルーム。 バスルーム/シャワー。 設備の整った30 m2のキッチン。 25 m2のリビングルームには2つのソファがあり、大きなスライド式の窓からテラスとスイミングプールに通じています。 1トイレ+ 1ハンディキャップトイレと洗濯機エリア。 ガーデンテーブル付きの15 m2のパティオ。
2階：ビリヤード台のあるゲームルーム。 1トイレ160 cmベッド、クローゼット、ウォークインシャワーを備えた1ベッドルーム。
フロントの中庭は2/3台の専用駐車場、自動ゲートで閉鎖されました。 8 m x 4 mの専用温水プール（06/05から2017年9月30日まで加熱）のある壁に囲まれた美しい庭園。 ガーデン家具付きの木製テラス、デッキチェア付きのサンルーム。

Wir hatten 10 sehr schöne Tage in Sylvies Villa. Das Haus ist frisch renoviert und sehr gepflegt. Es ist sehr sauber und hat alles was mach im Alltag und im Urlaub braucht.Der Pool war für uns und vor allem unsere Kinder ein Highlight. Die Lage ist super. In 2 Min ist man zu Fuß an einem sehr schönen Badestrand. Zu Fuß erreicht man auch zahlreiche Restaurants.Sylvie ist sehr freundlichen und antwortet auf Fragen super schnell. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Excellent base for exploring Ile de Ré

Sylvie and Loic were attentive and considerate hosts, who were superb at communication. The house was in top condition and everything worked as intended. There is plenty of space in the main living area. It is easy to find and a 10-minute walk from all amenities that you will need. Plus a stone's throw from a lovely beach. We enjoyed our fortnight here very much.

High quality accomodation

The property has everything you need for a luxurious stay in this house. Lots of room with everything beautifully presented and of extremely high quality. Just a stones throw from the beach. Every room is very tastefully presented.

Great location

Our first time to Ile de Re and a short flight from Manchester to La Rochelle airport. Small and friendly airport which we passed through in under 15 minutes! Silvie organised a private taxi which was waiting for us on our arrival, a short transfer and we were at our house within 20 minutes. Excellent location we had the beach 50 metres away, bus stop 5 minute walk, shops and market 10 minute walk and we only needed a taxi once for the whole week. Buses were regular and inexpensive however they can be late, busy and a little unreliable. Fun Bike hire was a ten minute walk away and we hired bikes for the whole family for three days, they were really friendly, English speaking and couldn't be more helpful. We cycled to La Flotte and St Martin where there are beautiful shops and restaurants. We had a special family dinner at Hotel de Torois in St Martin which we can highly recommend if the budget will stretch. Our house was perfect and very thoughtfully designed with complimentary wine and biscuits on arrival. A great holiday, we will brush up on our French next time as this island is popular with the Parisians and you need to have a good grasp of French if you want to get the most out of your stay. Superb villa

We had a great stay with our children and grand child in the very beautiful and spacious villa at a few steps from the sandy beach. The accomodation was very clean and cosy with nice west facing sunny terrasses around the nice heated pool. All you need for a perfect holiday!

Wonderful!

Both the villa and Ile De Re are fabulous. The accommodation is very spacious, well equipped and maintained to a very high standard. Excellent swimming pool with comfortable loungers in a lovely garden. Plenty of interesting little spaces ideal for hide and seek. We made ample use of the excellent barbecue with plenty of high quslty fresh produce on the doorstep. Altogether perfect for a three generation holiday with the pool table providing for fierce competition throughout the week! And all this just a step away from the big sandy beach. Walk past the refreshment kiosk and right under the underpass to arrive in super Rivedoux Plage with the daily market, boulangerie, charcuterie, bars, restaurant, supermarket and cycle hire. Try the Creperie in Rivedoux Plage or for more choice and an excellent sunset cross over to the North side with a couple of excellent restaurants looking out to sea. We were glad not to have a hire car. The island is designed for cycling and walking; or to venture further try the hop on hop off 1€ bus service. A visit to La Flotte is a must for great harbourside restaurants, ice cream and holiday shopping. And even more of the same at St Martin where an obligatory climb up the ancient clock tower gives great views across Ile De Re as far as the magnificent Bridge to the main land. We loved the superb Marine restaurant here. Next stop along is Le Boue which appears to be the most popular beach with a very good children's playground. All in all a beautiful holiday island. There are no amusement arcades and little evidence of lively night life but everybody is friendly, helpful and appear determined to make everybody's holiday as enjoyable as possible. Thanks to Sylvie and Emily for your kind hospitality at Villa Rhea.

We stayed in this house for a week during August 2018 and had a great holiday. We have visited the island several times and this is the best property we have found. Excellent all round.

Perfect family holiday.

What a wonderful villa , spacious , spotlessly clean & superbly equipped. A large safe , sandy beach is just a short walk away, there are good restaurants and a well stocked supermarket within easy reach. The garden of the villa is private, very tidy & fully enclosed . The heated swimming pool is a huge bonus , There were 6 adults & a 2 yr old in our party. With 4 bedrooms & 3 bath / shower rooms life was very relaxed. We were very lucky with the weather and the barbecue came in handy. None of us had visited Ile de Re before and we are looking forward to a reunion. It was great not having to hire a car, we were happy to walk & hire bicycles. Thanks to Sylvie we were collected from & returned to La Rochelle airport The locals were friendly and Sylvie could not have been more helpful.

Fantastic accommodation, great location, Villa finished to a high standard.

Enjoyed our week at the Villa Rhea in Rivedoux-Place on the Ile de Ri. Accommodation was fantastic and in a great location to the beach and local shops. The Villa was spotlessly clean and everything was finished to a very high standard. There was plenty of room for everybody and we received a warm and friendly welcome from our hosts. Spent many hours together around the pool table. The only downside was not having access to the swimming pool due to being so early in the season. Hopefully we can return in the future during warmer weather. A must is to hire bikes as the island is very cycle friendly with plenty of cycle only routes all over the island. Would definately recommend this accommodation if you're thinking of stopping in Rivedoux-Place.

Beautiful villa for a family holiday

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful villa. It is furnished beautifully and has everything you could want or need. The short walk to the beach was a huge plus and it was the perfect base for lots of cycling and exploring the island. Sylvie was extremely friendly and helpful and we would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to visit Ile de Ré.

Beautiful Villa with every you need on the wonderful enchanted island, Ile de Re!

The property is comfortable, clean, modern and a beautiful home away from home. It is peaceful and private with a wonderful pool and the beach across the road. We had everything we needed at a 5-star hotel quality. The owner Sylvie was close on hand if needed although we did not need to contact her as everything was perfect. My husband and I cannot wait to return!

Nous venons de passer une semaine très agréable dans la villa Rhéa. Je recommande cette location car elle est très propre, bien agencée et les prestations sont à la hauteur du prix demandé. De plus la propriétaire est très aimable, super aussi le petit cadeau de bienvenue ça fait toujours plaisir! Bref séjour très réussie dans maison moderne tres spacieuse, parfaite pour accueillir une famille nombreuse ou deux familles avec enfants comme c était notre cas!

Absolutely stunning villa with first class attention to detail.

We have spent our holidays in France for many years. Having three children usually we go camping. However this year with other family we decided to stay in a villa. We found this beautiful villa and decided to stay during two weeks in August. The villa can only be described as stunning. Prime location for the beach and supermarket. Ideal also for exploring the beautiful island. The host was very friendly and she should be congratulated on her presentation and lay out of the villa. Attention to detail was first class. Thankyou very much for one of the best holidays we have had. Highly recommended.
