Fun Stay - Family Spring Break with elementary-aged kids

We really enjoyed all the perks: ski-in and 5 min walk for ski-out, hot tub, kitchen stocked with supplies to prep simple dinner and breakfast, comfy beds, Netflix access, easy walk to town and heated garage. Kids loved our short stay to ski Breck for Spring Break. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Location

We loved this condo and the location was perfect- walking distance into town. Our kids loved the bunk beds in their room. The master bed was not the most comfortable but we managed. The check out list was a little extreme in my opinion, especially having a cleaning company come in after us.

Great location and experience!

The location of the property was ideal. A short walk to Main street, a few steps to the bus stop to Peak 8, and a nice ski-in option back to the property which we used each daily. Having a heated garage was great and the overall room and floor layout of the unit worked really well for us. Exactly as described and we would definitely recommend!

Great place in a great location.

We only ended up staying 2 of 5 nights due to an a family health emergency. The place was very clean and well supplied. The description was accurate. There is a little road noise on the balcony as it backs up to a main road, but it was not impacting. You can hike straight out of the property to some great trails. You can also easily walk into town for food / shopping. It was nice having a garage to park in. Although it wasn't required in any manner, it would have been nice to have possibly gotten a partial refund due to it being an emergency departure. Overall we would definitely stay here again.

Overall great location and property was awesome. Pros: Location, spacious, plenty of items in kitchen for stay and cook, bus to Peak 7 & 8 very easy to get to! Cons: Walls paper thin (bunch of college kids next door...partied til 4:30am), no hot water in spare bathroom, the ski-in was a bit tricky to find (read book instructions). Small and cramped but close to main street

Small two bedroom with small rooms and bathrooms. Pretty tired looking. Everything worked. Smelled like cigarettes in the master bedroom. Appropriate priced.

Quaint condo in the heart of Breck

Recently had the opportunity to stay at this property.. overall the experience was great... only two of us stayed there and I would say the property is cozy.. charming atmosphere, but overall on the smaller side. This is my first time at Breck, so maybe all properties are that way. The master bedroom is smaller with little space and the bed furnishings overall were older or worn out making a good nights sleep difficult. The location was great to town and the cleanliness of the property was commendable. The other amenities, such as Wi-Fi and heating/cooling, worked well, and the bathroom was clean and adequately stocked with toiletries. Heated garage would be a blessing in the winter! Quiet complex.

Beautiful, warm, cozy

This home is clean and in a great location just a few minutes from downtown Breck. The fireplace gave us southerners that winter cozy atmosphere. We enjoyed grilling on the deck after a long day in the snow. Our hosts were attentive and check in was simple. Heated garage was a plus. We loved it!
