We love the apartment. Upon entering there was fruit in the kitchen.

The four of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view was beautiful each bedroom had a balcony. The only drawback is there are a lot of stairs outside the building.

A nice apartment.

My wife and I spent two fantastik weeks in the apartment. We had very nice view of the sea 25m outside. The apartment was clean and well equiped. Short distanse to shops restaurants and bus. A wonderful place.

Perfect place in Madeira

We spend a perfect time in the appartment ! It’s very well located in Madeira in a lively neighborhood. We had a warmfull welcome from Isabel. The appartment was very clean and countains everything you need for holidays. In April, there was any problem to find a parking place in the appartment street.

A beautiful position and view

Excellent equipment. Friendly management. Problems with plumbing which make the bathrooms imperfect.

Happy holiday.

Excellent apartment in a great location for shops and restaurants. As we are two ladies of mature years, approach steps to the apartment were quite difficult with suitcases. Some sort of ramp would have been a big help, especially for a wheelchair user. Sunbeds round pool would be a bonus. Didn’t spoil our perfect holiday.

Fantastic apartment!

My first stay in Madeira and couldn't have had a better experience. The apartment is beautiful, location superb, and I don't think I have ever been in a cleaner self-catering property ever! There is everything you could need here, the owner has thought of everything. Isobel was waiting for us to show us around, and was easily contacted if we had any questions. There's a 15 minute walk into the centre of Funchal, easy to hop on a bus if you don't like to walk, but there are lots of places to eat around the apartment and lido area. Cannot fault this property, thanks to Isobel, Ana and Edite. (The pool is lovely too). Would 100% recommend this apartment without a doubt.

Amazing location and apartment

We stayed for a week as a family of 4, 5th time in Madeira and 2nd time in this building. The dialogue before arrival was great, met at the apartment by Isabel and she checked us in quickly. The apartment was great, good size and amazing views. Has everything you need, not that we cooked anything there with the amazing restaurants located close by (try La Vaca Negra, it's our favourite). Only 2 downsides were.... Pool area, a bit tired, not many beds and the pool was freezing! Building work, completely out of the owners control but other apartments were having work done. This was not only noisey but vibrated though the whole building. We just went out anyway so wasn't a huge issue. Overall we loved the apartment and of course the location. We were allowed to leave our luggage in the room as we had an evening flight which was very kind. Thanks to Ana and Isabel for a wonderful stay.

Ein tolles, wohnlich eingerichtetes Apartment in dem wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Der Tag begann mit einem Frühstück auf dem Balkon und Blick aufs Meer.

Super appartement, bien placé, vue magnifique

- Appartement très agréable, grand salon avec vue magnifique sur l'océan. Mobilier confortable et tout est comme neuf, y compris tout l'équipement de la cuisine, très fourni et comme neuf (sur certains coussins il y avait même encore les étiquettes :-) - Emplacement parfait car on peut aller au centre de Funchal à pied (une bonne demi-heure quand même) ou en bus (n°1 ou 2 en 10 min). Egalement proche de plein de commerce et de plein de resto accessibles à pied. - Propreté IRRÉPROCHABLE : tout était nickel à notre arrivée, comme si l'appartement n'avait jamais été habité. Ce qui est très agréable quand on arrive dans un lieu de location. - Formalité d'arrivée très rapide et cordiale avec la personne qui représente la propriétaire. - Belle et grande piscine avec jardin bien entretenu. Un peu fraîche quand même... ... Le seul point négatif est le parking. La propriétaire fournit tous les renseignements dans le détail, très utile, avec les différentes options toutes payantes. Pour notre part on a presque toujours trouvé une place dans la rue (impasse du bâtiment) à 0.45€/heure de 8:00 à 20:00, mais nous étions hors-saison ; mais le soir on prenait toujours le bus, par peur de ne plus retrouver une place au retour (ce qui est certain : le soir, aucune chance d'avoir une place dans la rue, donc il faut aller se garer à l'hôtel voisin, comme indiqué dans la liste des possibilités fournies par la propriétaire). Donc pas un gros souci pour nous (sauf l'inquiétude du soir...) mais on imagine qu'en pleine saison, cela doit être bien plus difficile... >> En résumé, on a été très très content de notre séjour dans cet appartement !!!

Ruhige und sehr saubere Ferien- Wohnung mit absolutem Meerblick

Wir haben uns sehr schnell eingelebt und fast wie zu Hause gefühlt. Nur mit dem Parkplatz für unseren Mietwagen hatten wir ein paar Probleme.
