This was such a cute condo, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in TC. It was super clean, very renovated, the check-in and check-out instructions were very clear and simple. I would definitely recommend this condo to others for a Traverse City stay and I would absolutely stay here again.

Enjoy the stay. The weather was fantastic. Would like to come back when they city isn’t too busy (Cherry festival and blue Angels).

Birthday weekend away with hubby. Everything was great. Weather was beautiful so we weren’t inside too much but the condo was great and had everything we needed. Did not cook or use the kitchen so I can’t attest for the cooking supplies. It is on the 3rd floor and no elevator so as long as you can make the trek up the stairs with your luggage you will be good. Minimal parking behind the condo but large parking garage next door. Walk to Front St. is easy and wonderful pub and couple of restaurants within a block. Would absolutely stay here again!!

My husband and I spent four days here and had a great experience. The property was super clean, and the location was wonderful for walking to all downtown Traverse spots. We’d recommend!

Great location! The condo is within walking distance of many restaurants, bars, and other things to do. Everything else was, for the most part, only about a 10-minute drive away.The condo itself was quiet. Parking is truly first come, first serve, but there was covered public parking very close by, so it was never an issue for us.The condo is on the 3rd floor, so it may not be the best choice for anyone who has difficulty with stairs. This was clearly stated in the information, so it wasn't an issue for us at all.Overall, we would absolutely rent here again! It exceeded our expectations and was a wonderful place to stay for our getaway. We highly recommend it!

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location that was walking distance to lots of restaurants and shopping in downtown Traverse City. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Paula was always quick to respond to any questions we had.

Nice Condo in a Great Location

This condo is very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Great location to easily walk anywhere in town. Paula was proactive with communications while I was there. Overall it was a very good experience!

Excellent!

This was our third year staying in this condominium community. This rental is the best yet! CLEAN and beautiful! The location is perfect-easy walk downtown and many restaurants/bars around the block! I can’t wait to book this property for next year!
