Great stay!

We had a great stay. The property manager was very responsive. The free tram to the beach was just down the street and super convenient. Definitely recommend.

Incredible Vacation!

Great house in Grayton Beach

Beautiful home. Lots of space and great decor. Loved having the bikes to ride to the shops and restaurants nearby and the pool just down the street. Would definitely book again.

Beautiful home! Loved it!

We were thrilled with this gorgeous and spacious home. Very up to date. Huge bathrooms and bedrooms. Will definitely stay there again.

A great home, great location and not far from the beach.

We enjoyed our stay at Sea la Vie. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star rating was because the floors were sandy and dirty needing a good cleaning. Other than that we had a great stay. The home had everything that we needed, convenient to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, gorgeous home

We rented this house for my wedding weekend. Live her locally and wanted something special for friends and family. Easily accommodated our group of 8. Lots of space, beautiful home. Property Management was very responsive for some questions that came up.

Lovely Grayton

Lovely new cottage, close to 30A. Renting golf cart made everything super convenient. Drive to beach and driving to nearby shopping and dining was easy. Being at Grayton and out of the busy 30A traffic was nice. Loved the casual and low key beach. Also not busy. Vendors provide chair delivery / set up for beach so convenient. All round great area that we’ll return to!

Great house and location

Our group had three adults and three kids including two teenagers and a tween. Having 4 bathrooms and two king bedrooms was a total bonus. The house has pretty much everything you need for a stay-except beach chairs/umbrellas. The bikes and bbq grill were also great. Comfortable? Absolutely! There is plenty of room for everyone to sit/lounge/eat. There is also plenty of storage for clothes and suitcases. The community pool is just down the street and a great size. This house is ideally situated-a quick bike ride to the beach and to amazing restaurants and stores. We hope to return in the near future!

Disappointed with the cleanliness of the property.

I will not stay at this property again the house was dirty and I can tell there were cats in the house there was a horrible smell in the entire house. The air quality in the property was terrible I was sick with allergies and so were my kids. Really disappointed

Family vacation

Lovely home in a great neighborhood and fun pool. You can walk to the free beach shuttle that runs every 15 minutes to all the beaches. Loved eating at the Hurricane Oyster bar, just a walk away with cute shops there also. Have to say that the outdoor grill is in a terrible location that can only be accessed from the front door, walk all the way around the house as it is on the back right rear where you park, no entrance from the kitchen and no garage entry. Useless. Do not like the dishwasher or dryer, very inefficient. We like to cook and eat at home due to having small children, to be able to relax and eat together. We were 3 generations there and enjoy vacationing together. Our littles really loved the pool, no waves or salty water with bathrooms there to use and love that it was gated, lots of fun.

Keep Grayton Great

Great property but cleaning crew needs to focus on quality control. Unfortunately, had difficulties opening door upon arrival. Had to know tricks to the door/cypher lock. Door not properly aligned to the frame and had to push and hold door in order for lock to recognize code and enter property. Sheets were folded and left on bunk beds for us to make. Didn’t appear the vacuum had been run….beer caps under coffee table and crumbs around bed. Even a piece of glass on the floor in the master bedroom. Dirty/wet towels wadded up in pantry. Would stay at property again if assurance that cleaning was done properly.

Amazing!

The property was beautiful! It was so clean, and comfortable. It comfortably housed 5 adults, and 3 kids! Everything we needed was at the house. The pool was never crowded and was perfect for my kids. Restaurants were within a 6 minute drive as was the beach. We would LOVE to come back to this house again in the future!

Spring Break

We enjoyed our stay at this property, spacious enough for all of us. Our only issue is there was only 1 roll of toilet paper in the bathroom for 8 ppl and 1 small roll of paper towels that was half used. The master bedroom mattress was way too soft too. But home was large enough and pretty clean.

Beautiful Grayton Beach Home

We were here for a friend’s wedding, and had an amazing stay at Sea La Vie!! Would highly recommend staying here. House was clean, beautifully decorated, and staff was very friendly and helpful every time we had to text or call.

Fantastic Getaway for Friends and Family

I stayed here for three nights with two friends in this great 4 bedroom home. The house itself has a great layout with tons of space in the living room, easily enough for the three of us. The whole house is well-appointed and was very clean. The front porch and multiple terraces made for great spots to enjoy the nice Florida winter. Restaurants and the beach are just a mile walk away and grocery stores are a quick 5 mile drive. The neighborhood is quiet and secluded, unlike the touristy Seaside (also within walking distance ~3.5 miles). I definitely would recommend this property to friends and family. I wouldn't hesitate to come back again and hope to do so soon!

Amazing House, Amazing Location, The Best Around

This property was by far one of the best equipped rentals that I have stayed at. Located in the heart of beautiful Grayton Beach, this house allows for easy access to the beach, fun bars, great restaurants and of course Seaside. The community is nice and quiet and the house has everything you need. The furniture, beds, and decorations are all new and very comfortable. Additionally I might add that whoever owns this property has excellent taste in home decor. So if you are looking for a fun night out or a quiet night in, this rental property was able to offer us both options. I would strongly consider renting this property again.

Phenomenal Home

I spent four days at the luxurious Sea La Vie house in Grayton Beach with several friends, and we were all beyond impressed. The home is beautifully furnished and brings all of the comforts of home to a spectacular beach get-away home. The beds were all comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make a simple snack or a five course meal. Each bedroom also had a large flat screen tv, which was a nice bonus. The home is less than a mile from the beach (about a ten minute walk) and 30A. There are also several shops and restaurants that are less than a five minute walk away. I recommend trying the coffee and cinnamon rolls at Black Bear Coffee. I definitely plan to return to this luxury home and cannot wait until my next visit!
