Home completely remodeled and furnished in January 2020 and is ready for your next beach vacation! It has been a return rental home for many families throughout the years and Grayton Getaway is one of THE MOST amazing sought after rental homes in Grayton Beach! Heated Pool with a huge screened in lounge room next to the pool to enjoy a great evening in the pool after being beach front during the day. Don't forget to visit the dune lakes while you are here (also a short walk or bike ride away from the cottage). Several restaurants and shops are close by in Grayton, and a coffee shop within walking distance. Let your mind, body, and soul escape at one of Grayton's Finest!

Such a great property!

This place was perfect for our family trip! Close and easy walk to the beach, great pool, and the house was spotless. We loved this property and will seek it out the next time we want to come to Grayton.

Primo spot for small group

Great location with easy beach access. Perfect for a smaller group and the pool was a bonus we didn’t know we needed until there were a couple of double red flag days.

Great location and stay.

As we continue to see larger and larger homes in Grayton, this 3B home was a great find. Convenient access to the beach and with the added benefit of a small pool which was perfect for our two kids when they still wanted to be in the water. Owner was very responsive when we had questions. Would stay again.

Great Vacation!!

This was a much needed relaxing vacation. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Really enjoyed the heated pool. Beach wasn’t overly crowded and the ocean was beautiful. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect little beach house

Our family enjoyed a week stay at this Grayton bungalow! It was just the right size for us and we loved the pool and porches! Easy walk to the beach and Red Bar area. Sad to leave today but hope to come back sometime soon! Highly recommend if you’re looking for the perfect location, and a true, old school beach house with everything you need

Great location and great host

We would absolutely come back. Location is super easy to walk to the beach, local restaurants are just a few blocks away. The host was very responsive and kind to us! We had a great time.

Perfect location in Grayton!

We were very pleased with the location and accommodations at this property. The pool was great and the screened porches were really nice. The interior was very clean and comfortable. We used the sandy trail through the dunes to avoid most of the crowds on the beach and it was perfect!! Highly recommend!!

Great beach getaway!

We loved our stay. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool was wonderful and just a short walk to the beach! Tons of beach toys and chairs available at the house. We would definitely come back! Owners were wonderful and very attentive!

Great stay!

We were very pleased with our stay at this property! The owner was very receptive and communicated well with any questions we had prior to arrival. The location was perfect and a very short walk to the beach (2 close beach entrances). The kids really enjoyed the pool and having the ability to heat the pool was great, given we were there in March and temperatures were still a little lower. No complaints at all and look forward to visiting again!

Vac-yay!

The location was a quick walk to a beautiful beach. We had the option of staying "home" in the heated pool. The house was stocked with what we needed for cooking and relaxing. Host was very responsive.

Perfect beach vacation!

This was our first time visiting Grayton beach and it definitely won’t be our last! We had such a wonderful time and wish we were still there. The house was in a great, quiet location with just a short walk to the beach. We also enjoyed sitting on the back porch and cooling off in the pool. The property owners were very easy to communicate with and responded to questions leading up to the trip. All in all, it was a perfect vacation spot. We will be back!

Grayt stay!

The house was fabulous. The location perfect. Walked on the beach each morning, bbq by the pool in the afternoon and beach sunsets at night. Rented electric bikes for the week and had a blast along the miles of bike trails between the coastal towns. Leaving the house was like saying good-bye to a dear friend. We’ll definitely be back!

LOVE Grayton Beach

I was hoping Grayton would be the gem of a beach town I was looking for and was spot on. Location of the house is great, close to beach, restaurants. I love that you can walk down the beach to Seaside. On our last night captured on of the most amazing sunsets I have ever seen. Beth was very responsive and accommodating! The house can use a little tlc on the outside and more deck lounge chairs. Washer a top loader which is a plus for me.

Nice New Year's Getaway

Great New Year's stay at the house. great location just steps from a beautiful beach. Temps were in the 50 and 60s and we swam everyday in the heated pool. Property Managers were very responsive (within minutes) of our questions. The house is a little older so there are a few areas that could benefit from a slight upgrade (very simple stuff, lighting or fans), but we would absolutely stay here again. Grayton is a great spot on 30A, away from the dense crowds of Seaside but you can bike to the shops in 5 minutes. Highly recommend to those looking to get away.

Perfect Spring Break Getaway

Grayton Beach Getaway was the perfect setting for our family. The pool was amazing and paying the extra fee for the heating was well worth it. Josh and Beth were extremely hospitable both before and during our stay. They answered all questions and inquiries I had in an expeditious manner. The kitchen is one of the best-stocked kitchens I've ever seen. You don't need to bring anything. The home is literally yards away from the beautiful Gulf, and the street is quiet and within walking distance to restaraunts and shopping in Grayton Beach. Highly recommend and we will be returning!

Sweet home

We had a great stay, this house fit our needs perfectly. We have been coming to Grayton for many years, love the area and pray it does not change. It is a nice escape from the rest of 30a. When we were not on the beach we spent our time in the main living area which is laid out well for hanging out, playing games and doing puzzles. I could be cooking and still be with my family. We also enjoyed the screened porch that over looks the pool. Easy walk or bike ride to the Red Bar and that area. Two easy routes to the beach. It's a sweet, charming home, there are not many left as the large homes are being built all around. I hope Grayton can maintain it's vibe that makes it special.

Perfect Location

You can’t beat the location of this home as it is so close to a beach that has no crowds! You have your own large pool too! So many houses along 30A have tiny lots and tiny pools, whereas this has a much larger lot and a giant pool area! I’m very picky about beds as I have a bad back, and the beds we’re great. I’ve rented dozens of houses over the past decade, and I highly recommend this home. Make sure if you’re going in the colder months that you pay the extra fee to heat the pool. This is such a luxury that most of the competitors don’t offer. And lastly, I recommend renting a golf cart as it added to the beach atmosphere for our family. We drove everywhere in the golf cart, and it’s easy to find parking spots with it too!

Great House and Location

This was our first stay at Grayton and we really enjoyed it. The house was as described and very clean! The pool was awesome to have and it had a large area with plenty of room for everyone to lay out. We loved the location- the beach had 2 very close entries we had access to and there were plenty of restaurants close by. They house was stocked with plenty of items for us to use for the week and even extras! We were thankful for the beach toys and carts that were there! The owner was very responsive to a question I had about our stay and very helpful. Definitely somewhere we will be back! The only issues we saw was there was a pretty good sized hump in the floor in the kitchen that was a trip hazard and the pool deck had quite a few nails/screws sticking up. Just normal wear and tear of a beach house I’m sure- but with small kids it was something we had to watch.
