Villa in Altura with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Three bedrooms with double bed, one with bathroom, one with 2 single beds. Located in very close to the beach (cinema street). It has an excellent backyard with table and chair, sun loungers, barbecue, shower, cable tv, wifi internet ... etc. Nearby shopping area, as well as restaurants (pizzeria), grills, butcher, supermarket, pharmacy ... etc.

Altura villa 4 beds

Overall the villa is large and accommodating. Good size rooms and layout good. Bathrooms good. Where it lacks is in being a little dated. Kitchen utensils are all miss matched , broken and not of real use. Bed linen , towels were old , really old( but replaced by manager but still old but ok. Outdoor furniture? Cheap and completely unusable, the outside mattresses were complete tatty. If the property was was refurbished and some new linen , good set of kitchen utensils, plates etc ( from Ikea) and replace out door furniture it would be a 5 star rating for sure.

House needs update

Unfortunately the ad did not match the house, as one of the rooms stated it had 2 double beds and 2 singles. House fits 9 people and not 10, as announced. The house was not prepared with bedding (sheets) or bath towels, which was a surprise as this is common. Was not kid friendly, as it had several broken windows with live glass edges on the inside doors. Furniture and kitchen apparel severely needs an update. Microwave had a melted door, is a security hazard. WiFi is slow and can only have few devices connected. Location is acceptable, 15mn walk to the beach.

Séjour en famille Altura

Très bon séjour, maison bien équipées et propre , dommage pas de climatisation a l'étage. La plage est a moins de 10mn et plein de petit resto a pied a proximité. Le gérant a répondu a toute nos demandes.

A casa estava dentro das minhas expectativas, tivemos alguma dificuldade com a água dos banhos que era difícil regular, de resto correu bem.

Férias em família

Casa grande, espaço bem aproveitado e boa localização (15-20min a pé da praia). Únicos 2 reparos: 1. A conservação das portas da sala e cozinha que são em moldura de quadrados de vidro e faltam vidros.. na da cozinha estão mesmo lá os vidros partidos o que é um perigo. 2. Conservação das cadeiras e espreguiçadeiras da mobília de jardim, co. plásticos já muito velhos e ressequidos. Mas no geral, estadia muito agradável e recomendamos!

The host Armando was so obliging if we had a question to ask him.

The location of the property was lovely, just a few minutes walk away from the beach. The property was exact to the view online. The garden furniture was a bit tatty, could do with a new outside table. Also not enough pillows, had to use the small cushions that were a bit stained. Armando was very prompt on answering any questions that we asked via email. He let us stay in the property later than check out time, due to us travelling late evening. Fully equipped kitchen and the house was very cosy yet spacious. I would definately stay again in this property.

Altura - Wohnung ohne Komfort

Die Wohnung ist mit wenig nötigsten eingerichtet. Schimmel in der Dusche. Küchen Ausstattung lässt zu wünschen übrig. Leider war der Kinderstuhl defekt, Matratze am Kinderbett hatte Schimmel. Gartenmöbel defekt. Kontakt mit Vermieter zu fehlenden Handtüchern ging schnell. Der Vermieter sollte die Wohnung modernisieren und Mängel beheben. Dann wäre es eine perfekte Wohnung für 6 Personen.

Het is een leuke omgeving alleen wat rustig ivm met covid

Woning is fijn ruim en ligt op een rustige locatie heeft alleen nog wat renovatie nodig wat betreft badkamers maar wel een behulpzame host komt als er wat niet goed is

Good for peace and quiet

Nice house in a quiet neighbourhood with plenty of space, balconies and rear garden area. Well located for the locak shops and beaches. A few things could do with fixing but nothing that impaired our enjoyment of the house. Directions to the house could be more explicit. Overall, we enjoyed staying in the house. spacious
