Rent Ana Cristina's house in Pedras del Rei resort - Santa Luzia

When you rent this tiny house, you are renting more than one house. You are renting what all the resort of "Pedras del Rei" has to offer. A large swimming pool, a tennis court, restaurants, bars, and lounge areas with some nightly activities. Nice train rides to the beach and a great concept of a giant garden for all resort residents.

The house has a nice terrace where you can have a drink or a meal while enjoying the gardens and the Formosa River. The house has one bedroom (with a king-size bed) and there are also two single beds in the living room, so this house sleeps up to four people, which means this house is perfect for a couple with two children (we can provide one extra mattress for a third child). We are keeping a big pine tree next to the house. In this way, the house has a lot of surrounding shadows, keeping it cool, because we don't like having A/C in the house.

From the terrace, you can enjoy the nature of the Ria Formosa Natural Park. This area of the Algarve is also cooler (from 28 to 33 degrees during the summer). The gardens are available to all resort guests. It's a big garden where you can rest or read a book.

We provide towels and bed linen as well. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There is also a dishwasher and a washing machine. Free Private parking in front of the house (50 meters away). Free internet Wifi in the house and Terrace.

The house is 250 meters from the swimming pool and tennis court. You only have to walk 4 minutes to get there. On the other hand, it is long enough to maintain peace and quiet both during the day (avoiding the children running around in the pool) and at night (avoiding the noise of night activities in the lounge area near the pool).

To go to the famous Barril beach, residents will have to cross a rustic bridge to the beach island in front of the resort and take the rustic train (free for our guests), which takes 6 to 7 minutes on a great trip across the Ria. Formosa Parque Natural and reach the beautiful beach of Barril placed on the island called "ilha de Tavira". Praia do Barril is very well known in the Algarve for its high quality. You can rent a canopy or an umbrella. You can also enjoy the bars, restaurants, water sports, shops, and ice cream shops on the beach.

Train travel to Barril's Beach costs €4 (both ways) per person, but it's free for our guests (we provide 4 passes for unlimited trips).

Car Parking costs 13€ per day, but it's free for our guests (you can enter and leave at any time).

The nearest village to the resort is Santa Luzia, famous for its octopus recipes. It is at 2,4 Kilometers which means you can walk to this village. It is a fisherman's village, so there are lots of nice restaurants to eat fish and seafood. But you can also eat nice meat dishes.

If you are looking for a modern and elegant place and/or with a very active nightlife, this is not the best option. If you are looking for a rustic place, for a relaxing stay in the Algarve surrounded by nature, this will be a very good experience in this peaceful and beautiful natural resort.
