When submitting a reservation please be sure to include the best contact number and email address so we are able to contact you after you submit a reservation. Please keep in mind that check-in is at 4pm. We understand you arrived on July 4th which is a holiday but unless notified and scheduled we can not accommodate early arrivals. Your arrival a few hours early impacts the house keepers ability to clean adequately around your family who was checking in while the house keepers were cleaning. The oceans tides vary and we are sorry you were not happy about the beach at low tide. 

Glad you enjoyed your stay on Harbor Island. Thanks for taking the time to submit feedback regarding the house. We have removed the spices from the cabinet and cleaned and reorganized the kitchen cabinets. Some of our guests appreciate us leaving spices so they do not need to buy them during their short stay. Due to Covid-19 we feel it is best to remove them from the cabinets.

Harbor Island is a gated community, in order to access the Island a gate pass fee is required, once on the island you are able to use the island amenities such as the pool, fitness center, tennis and basketball courts, etc. The gate pass information is shown on our property description, we apologize for the inconvenience but this is an Island policy that we have no control over.

We are glad you enjoyed the home during you trip back to Harbor Island! Due to our coastal location the mosquitoes can be bad depending on the time of year, the Island contracts a helicopter to treat for mosquitoes several times a year. We hope to have you back again soon.

I am so glad that you enjoyed our rental! Yes, Harbor Island is a quiet place, except for the swimming pool areas. A lot of people pick that island because the beach is not crowded, it’s quiet and close to nature.
