Note: The community pools on Harbor Island are operational from April 1 to October 31st.
PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED (DOGS ONLY).  You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval. We require flea/tick prevenative on all pets.

Vehicle gate pass fees are per vehicle, set by the Island and are subject to change. After booking this property, VRBO will charge their service fee separately, and then the reservation will be transferred to HarborIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote provided by VRBO. The refundable security deposit if applicable will be included in the final payment. You will also have the opportunity to purchase travel insurance and damage protection insurance on HarborIslandStay.

You will receive an email with log in information from HarborIslandStay right after booking. Please check your spam or promotions folders. Once logged in to HarborIslandStay, you will be able to order gate passes for access to the island,
pay pet fees if applicable, and pay the security deposit.
