We had a place booked and a month before our trip, the management company told us the place was no longer available. They tried to put us a in a smaller space that would not accommodate our group size. After lots of time on the phone & speaking with a manager, we were finally put into something that fit our needs better, but we weren't impressed. It is much further from St George than our original house. There were no extra pillows for the air mattress or pull out couch. 2 of our kids had to wad up blankets to use as pillows. There were very few hooks in the bathrooms. 4-5 people sharing each bathroom, each with a swim suit, shower towel, and pool towel, and only one towel rack. The kitchen is very basic. Don't plan to cook anything fancy, you won't have the cookware/appliances/utensils to do it. The firepit outside would not turn on. The clubhouse pool is not heated like advertised. don't plan to use the firepits at the clubhouse, you can't turn them on without management, and management is never around to do it. No patio furniture on the balcony. The hot tub had a QR code to scan for video instructions, but it takes you to the crappy app that management uses. We signed a very general agreement, clearly meant for all their properties, but no further instructions were ever sent for the specific property. There was no physical guidebook in the house. It says use the app, but there is basically no information on the app. And management was not great with responding to texts.
