This beautifully furnished home features a private swim spa, fire pit, outdoor seating, grill, smart TVs throughout, a ping pong table, and plenty of games to keep everyone entertained. Guests also enjoy access to the Skyline Resort amenities, including pickleball courts, a basketball court, a playground, a pavilion, cornhole, and a community pool.

Located in the highly sought-after Skyline Resort community in Washington, Utah, this home offers unbeatable access to outdoor recreation. Inside, the home blends modern design with breezy vacation comfort. Each bedroom includes its own private ensuite bathroom, and the home is fully outfitted with smart TVs in every bedroom, the loft, and the main living area for easy relaxation after a day of exploring. You'll be just minutes from Sand Hollow Reservoir, perfect for boating, paddleboarding, and cliff jumping, as well as some of Southern Utah's most popular dirt bike and UTV riding tracks. The family-friendly Jellystone Waterpark is right nearby, and Zion National Park is only 40 minutes away. Come and enjoy the beautiful outdoors!
